The store is always very neat and the associates are always friendly and willing to help.

Gary was the associate that helped me with my appliance purchase. He did an excellent job at answering my questions and making sure my purchase was a pleasant experience. I will be looking for him with my next appliance purchase. (I will say though, that all the associates in this store seem to know their job and do offer to help all the time)

Great store with many choices of merchandise. I love browsing in the aisles.

Disappointed with the lack of care for the customers especially with helping load material to your vehicle.

My only concern was the bathroom cleanliness. I found what I needed quickly and everyone gave me a nice smile

Need to be more involved with customers not everyone that walks in the store knows exactly were things are located at so be more involved in making sure your customers are well taken care of. Thank You. And have a nice day/night.

This isn't the largest or best home depot around, but I can't recall ever having to go anywhere else for any home supplies. They also keep enough associates on shift that I've rarely been without assistance, which is really nice. I just wish they had a tool rental department.

The associates, assistant managers, and manager are all very helpful. The store is always kept clean and the isles are kept cleared and safe. The majority of the merchandise is usually well stocked and in its rightful place.

Needed help in the electrical department, clerk was there within a few seconds when I asked for help. found the part I needed and was done in less than 2 minute\s

The paint that I was looking for was easy to find, and the associate helped me determine the type of paint to buy. He was very helpful.

I visited your store May 21, 2015 @4pm to have questions answered & to get paint samples. I was very disappointed with the service I received so I left empty handed. I dreaded going back the next day but to my surprise I was automatically aknowledged even though the associate was with another customer. He helped me find what I was looking for & answered all my questions without hesitation.

When my husband and I go to Home Depot, we are never disappointed. We are like kids in a candy store. Never imagined how a simple store could do this to a person. We absolutely love it. Los Banos had a Loews a few years back and will you believe me when I say that we never set foot in that store? Because we didn't. We have always and will always continue to shop at Home Depot. Going to HD is like a big Christmas present, you can't wait to get there and go inside and open that big gigantic present called Home Depot. Being on a strict budget, HD offers reasonable and affordable prices. We are no longer homeowners as we were victims of the the collapse in 2008, and that home screamed Home Depot, every nail, flower pot, toilet and toilet seat, faucet, washer and dryer were all Home Depot. Sadly, we lost our home and here we are 7 years later, now renters and still going to Home Depot. That part never changes. Thank you so much for a great store. Melba and Randy Glenn

Had to do a project for my daughters Dance and was very affraid of doing it my self, nes I went in the store I found what i wanted and received to perfect associate help...

Phil in the garden dept is great ! So much knowledge of the plants, soils, trees, etc. and so helpful!

the weekend crew are useless in the customer service dept. keep sending customers to different dept's because they don't know what to do or they are too lazy to help the customers so they send them somewhere else. Since Lowes closed in Los Banos closed this store has gone down hill. Hardly any appliances are in stock, and waiting period for delivery is ridiculous. Wanted to order a large water heater (75 gals), could not pay with a check, and delivery to the store would take about 15-25 days.
