Special thanks to Rich in hardware for all of his help with my cable shortening project! He took time and went out of his way to make sure I was able to complete my project with minimal equipment and stress! I so appreciate that he took the time to help me personally!! I would definitely recommend shopping here just to experience the customer service! It's rare these days to shop in a store that truly cares about their customers!!!

We've become accustomed to self service at too many brick and mortar stores today. Shopping online reduces the risk that one may expect personal service. Our expectations were exceeded during our visit today.

the associates were very knowledgeable about the items I was looking for. Very friendly and overall professional in there work efforts. It was nice to walk into this store and be taken quickly to what i needed and have a smooth checkout. Both associates that assisted me were very nice and helped me with all my needs. I will recommend this particular home depo to my friends and neighbors.

It is a great place to get things for your home improvement project.

Very helpful staff and overall great place to shop

I needed to get in and out of the store quickly so I went to a store associate and the found my item fast.

Unfortunately I could spend days in the store just looking and buying things. We remodeled last year and spent over 30K in Home Depot, it's addictive.

If you ever shop at the Louisville store, find Becky. She is the most knowledgeable person we have ever met with regard to products on the floor. She knows her brands, what is ROCK SOLID QUALITY and she was invaluable in selecting a grill that has been a challenge. The grill we were looking for had to have specific features to meet the space and cooking requirements for our new home. Becky took us right to a Weber product we never knew existed and it is perfect. More importantly, she was fully informed as to the accessories we needed for natural gas connection, rotisserie and cooking accessories that were only available for this particular model. She saved us weeks of shopping time.

Very friendly staff, little to no lines on the occasions I have frequented this location. All in all, a good experience.

I've been visiting the Louisville store for 3 years and have never been dissapointed. Every time I have an odd project, the associates do their hardest to help me figure out how to make it in the best way for the least amount of money. Thank you to Home Depot of Louisville, CO for being so friendly and helpful and never rolling your eyes at me when I ask how to do something.

A store associate helped me out tremendously checking out at closing time. She had patience and understanding. 2 gentlemen loaded my van & were awesome too! I had an issue with my credit card and the store associate followed up with the credit department until my issue was resolved. I appreciate the attention to detail and follow-up. You don't always see it with the competition in the building industry. Great Customer Service does make a difference! Thank you!

This store is top notch. The people are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's not hard to find someone for help -- unlike at the competition's store nearby. I've shopped here probably 50x and never had a bad experience. The customer service team is wonderful.

Went in to make final decision on washer and dryer set. Home Depot associate Nick Defore was immediatly available and offered his assistance. He was able to provide product specific details that allowed us to make our final purchase decision. No pressure selling or trying to up sell features that were not important to us. Was a very good major purchase experience.

Impossible to get help for what I was looking for. Associates basically ignored me, looking in another direction if I was in their line of sight.

I had the pleasure of working with Christina A. today, and she made me want to come back just so I could work with her again. She was helpful, insightful, knowledgeable and even took the time to learn my children's names and compliment the project I was working on. It's encounters like this that make me want to come back to this specific store, and I'm grateful I had the good fortune to have her assistance today.

I needed cuts to a 4 x 8 plywood, they did exactly what I needed.

Jordan and his co-worker are very helpful by providing extra services in cleaning my chainsaw and finding and installing proper type of chain blade for replacement.

I went to Home Depot after doing research online and in other stores for a kitchen remodel, specifically the appliances. They were definitely less expensive and they were willing to price match anything I found that was lower. Plus, I got 2 years 0% interest financing to help. The associate who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select and match items. And, it is only going to take 4 days to get the products in, delivered, and installed! I would definitely recommend the kitchen appliance area for your next remodel. And, have fun in the process! :)

A pricing problem was taken care of in a very professional manner!

I like shopping here because I usually can go straight to the area I need to be shopping in. It's so nice to not have to search in all corners of the store for what I need.

I love Home Depot. Its so fun to be a new homeownder (2009) and get to make repairs myself. Since I don't frequent the store often I almost always have to ask for help finding things, but someone is always near or I can walk easily to someone.

Absolutely love this store, we come at least once every other week. When we remodeled last year, we purchased almost everything at this store.
