Excellent customer service

I love shopping at Home Depot because they have plenty of what I am looking for at a good price. The store is always clean and the clerks are very friendly a and helpful. This is my go to store for my home needs.

Jason was very helpful and did a great job helping us buy 4 appliances today! He helped us decide if we should buy as a bundle or separate. He showed us different models and different finishes. We ended buying a range w two ovens, a fridge with freezer drawer on bottom, dishwasher and microwave! We are so excited to have bought them all today at the Labor Day Sale! Saved a bundle! Thank you, Jason and Thank you, Home Depot! Happy Labor Day!!!

Refunds on check purchase are a major pain.

NEVER ever write a check at Home Depot. It makes it a pain to return items.

We shop at this Home Depot multiple times a month! Everyone is always friendly & willing to help! If they do not have it out they will check to see if they have it in the back or if the other store has them in stock! Wouldn't shop anywhere else!

I took my elderly mother-in-law to the garden center to buy some fall flowers. The sales associate Jennifer was so very helpful and kind. It sure made for a pleasant visit.

The self service checkout machines are a pain. It did not work again to day. My wife was upset because she could not check out as the scanner would not scan an item we needed. Attendant was busy helping others. My wife will not ever shop at home depot again until they put people back at registers. She said "Part of the function of home deport is to provide a checkout experience. Home depot is not paying me to check myself out so why should I do their job for them. Then when there is a problem they are too busy to help"

I will just have to say that the members of this particular store seem to be the most experienced and helpful, as well as friendly from any other store. Wes, Bruce, Kyle and the other Pro Desk members are always friendly and helpful. The cleanest store as well as the most put together in my opinon.

Great store. The employee, Jacob Graves was extremely helpful and very nice. We will definitely be visiting again because of the wonderful customer service we received from Jacob and how organized the store was.

I went in to purchase a window unit air conditioner and found them quickly close to the checkout. I was putting on in my cart and one of the salesperson came up and immediately offer to assist me in putting it in my cart. When I checked out that same salesperson said to me drive up to the exit doors and I load the air conditioner in your vehicle for you.I drove up and the salesperson loaded my air conditioner in my vehicle..

I hope I get his name right, but Dave was extremely helpful and I will never go to another place for paint questions.

Good store but it need more personal to help load materials and need a front porchfor pikups some time is raining you get all wet

Wes has always provided excellent customer service and always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied.

On this visit to The Home Depot I was met at the entrance to the Gardening Department by two employees who asked if I needed assistance. I told them I was loading mulch and they volunteered to do it for me. They were very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. The EarthGro mulch I bought on sale was excellent quality and value, as well.

Always a great experience at this home depot. employees are always nice and willing to help. That is what makes us come back to this store. Raymond Perez is a great help! Thank you!!
