The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful.

Employee assisted in checking inventory at other store. You did have inventory on the peg hooks so I purchased at #6827

Excellent customer service! The associate in the flooring department found a flat cart for us, and helped us load all our flooring onto the cart. Once outside, another associate saw us from across the parking lot and he came right over and helped us load all the flooring into the back of our truck. We are so appreciative of their help!

Helpful employees and the store is well stocked!

I walked out of Lowes a couple of years ago because of poor employee actions and it could be the same again

The employees at the paint desk did a great job in helping me fix the paint I had bought. It was way lighter than what we thought it would be, but I took it back in and they helped me by darkening it. Awesome job and a great big help!

pathetic customer service all over the store actually.. these new people you put orange aprons on are quick to say your out of everything you ask for before they go and look.. quick to get back to doing nothing or point you to where things are and not show you anything...its a shame you cant get a staff that can help your customers on what they need.. or they could thety just there to fill a spot for you on the floor and thats all they care about..

This store has easy access and has plenty of parking. It is laid out well and I can generally find the items I need myself. The employees are friendly. I had rather be checked out than use the self check out though. That's just me. The store is always clean. Thanks.

Excellent staff throughout the store who are friendly and go the extra mile to help you find what is needed. They're not always on the aisle you're on, but if you ask someone, they will paige someone to assist you. Highly recommend this store, especially the tool rental department.

Home depot has always been our number one lumber, appliances & more store. We have not had no bad experiences as of yet. Been shopping with home depot for many years and will continue to do so. Great customer service all around & great prices.

store is easy to get around in ...isle are clean and clear of clutter and all the employees have a smile when they are helping you and they behave like they are glad to help you ...just love this store ...

i came from LOWES SHOPPING FOR FAUX WOOD BLINDS.They would not cut blinds to width (only the expensive ones).your store cheerfully efficiently cut them for me. home depot is always a satisfying experience. i will not shop at m,LOWES anymore.

Re-train your manager Don on how to be a better manager. Apologize that you don't offer a service on the weekend since all of your highly trained staff is there only on the weekdays. I'm certainly glad that I don't have to shop at this location. I will continue to shop now at Lowes since they do have highly trained employees to key locks on the weekends. That's where my money will be going from here on out. Thanks Don for helping me choose where to shop. Could have just apologized and that would have been fine, but when your condescending about how highly trained they have to be in order to do this particular job. I think your discounting to your employees skill set that they might possess. I have met plenty of your employees that could do this job. Think outside the box and empower your employees. What a novel concept.

do not like the self service payout units especially when people are waiting. everyone expects you to be an expert but I don't come to home depot enough to be an expert now I am going more to lowes home improvement store in Lubbock

Hands down, the friendliest group of employees I have encountered in retail in the last 10 years. I was greeted with a smile and hello by every single employee I saw. Thank you for resurrecting the dying art of good customer service!
