Store employees friendly and helpful

Garden section. Some department need more help.

This particular store was designed to assist customers with easy to locate items. Assistance from employees was excellent !

I have to say that the staff at this Home Depot go out of their way to find stuff for you. I was looking for something specific which was in the system but not in the normal area it would be. The staff member took time to check out many places and couldn't find it. But instead of just giving up, they thought a little more and figured it may be at the front entrance of the store. Sure enough it was there. I probably would have left without what I came for if this staff member would not have taken additional time out of their busy schedule for me!! Thank you!!

Exceptional staff at this store. Friendly, always available to help especially when looking for that odd item that may not be easy to find. This is my 'goto' store when I have a project and on a tight schedule. The staff makes sure I have everything needed on the FIRST trip. Keep up the great work and let them know their effort is keeping customers like me coming back.

Really enjoy coming to this store. It is always clean, organized and well lite. The employees must like working there because they always have a great attitude and are always friendly.

The store is great, good location, clean & friendly. I think you need to get a bigger US flag, it is too small to be readily seen.

This is one of the best Home Depots I've been in. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I've never had a problem with something out of stock. Store is constantly clean and the prices are on par or better than the competition. Good job, I've been in many Home Depots across the Country and this one tops on my list.

Great people work at all Home Depots but I think some of the friendliest and helpful people work at store #4655 Lynchburg. Thank you to Pam and Chuck for making my day. Pam for going out of her way to scan large items at the self check out so i didn't have to get in the cashier check out line. Chuck for simply wishing me a "have a great day" on way out of the store. I will be moving to Kansas City, MO soon and i hope that I find a Home Depot with just as knowledgable, friendly and generous associates as I have come to meet at store #4655. Thank you!!

Generally speaking, associates are available or willing to help in the L-burg store. Much appreciated!

Much improved over what it was a few years ago. Employees are more helpful and friendlier. Good Stock for the most part. They could use better specials on things like tools. Most of the specials seem to be on larger items.

I go to Home Depot at least couple of times a month. Each and every time my visit has left me with positive experience. People are friendly and approachable rather running the other way. Cashier engage you and ask questions and rather than just being cranky and not wanting to be there.

I have been shopping this store since it opened. Mary Mc Chesney always is great to see and talk with when we shop. They are always willing to help when you have problems.

I find the Home Depot in Lynchburg VA to be an outstanding place to shop. The employees are friendly and helpful and easy to find. The Paint Department is especially helpful! I have yet to have a bad experience in this Store!

Excellent Customer Service in a clean, well-organized store! The Associate was knowledgeable and friendly.

I took my reluctant 84 year old mother to look for a washer and dryer. Artie and Mary made the experience very stress free for her. They were patient and considerate, even helping measure the sizes. She was so impressed with the customer service, she wants to go there for all her home improvement needs.

Great service overall! Representative gave sale to a fellow employee to receive the commission. This was impressive.

Joyce was awesome. She helped me apply for a store account & purchase the tool box my husband had been wanting for some time. I met Bill, the store manager, I wanted him to know how helpful Joyce had been. I shared with his that I'm a Realtor & he invited me to Home Depot's workshops to learn about DIY projects, home maintenance, etc. So cool. I plan to attend as well as invite my clients!

Home depot team and a friend helped me to finish our basement. If I can do this at a fraction of a cost the credit should go to Home Depot and its wonderful team of employees.

All the CSR were highly knowledgeable and helpful. They are very patient and clearly ask your requirements and suggest exact thing you need
