I just needed furnace filters and leaf bags this time around. Our Home Depot is always a friendly place to visit.

I am building a shed and I went it with the ambitious task of gathering all the supplies I needed all at once. I was quickly overwhelmed and thought about abandoning the project all together. That is went Davon asked me if I needed any help (to which i needed ALOT), but he helped go through everything I needed and helped me load all the lumber onto my 4 carts and reload it into my trailers. Just as impressive was Francesca as the cashier. She was thinking ahead to how the best way to check out everything was and how to get it to my car without trekking it all through the store. Her support was the reason I was able to finish gathering what I needed so I could start my project. You will not get this service anywhere else!

I have been in and out of this store for a two month period almost everyday. These employees are the hardest working I’ve seen. Even if they didn’t work in that area they walked you to it and helped you load it right down to giving up part of their break to help you load your vehicle. Thank you so much!

An individual can get overwhelmed among the many aisles and shelves but friendly and customer centric staff makes all the difference. The best staff in home improvement work at the Manchester CT home Depot. Keep up the good work.

The amount of time I wait, to be checked out a person that was more worried about another employee taking two breaks before her. She yelling to another employee behind her, so I had to keep repeating my order, prolonging my check out. The whole check out was very unprofessional, and didn’t feel like I was helped properly.

Very pleasant employees and a great store, hard to find product.

Waited 25 mins in the tool section for an associate to finally show up with an attitude to unlock the shelves.

I’ve always shopped this store however after my last experience I’ll be using Lowe’s across the street. The male employees in the gardening and plumbing area have a total disregard for woman and openly showed it by ignoring me and a brand new employee and I was ridiculed in the plumbing dept for not bringing in a hose adapter to show the employee. Meanwhile the hose adapter was for a garden hose which both gardening staff said was in the plumbing dept. when I’m fast it was not. This entire visit to the Manchester store was terrible!

I love shopping at Home Depot when you have staff on the floor that is friendly and knowledgeable about your floor.

I only went in for a few things but there was a gentleman working in the garden department (I didn't get his name but he had a lot of tattoos) that was very helpful. He stopped what he was doing and walked me to the aisle I needed to be in and answered my questions and was just very helpful.

Home Depot folks are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

Bought it this morning. Can’t wait to start using it after charging the batteries. Taking it out of box and doing minimal assembly was easy to do. Hope it gives us years of excellence!

Things that I bought from Home Depot are worth it. Great quality products.

been doing some pumbing work at my condo soon will be replacing my eletric boiler and will get all my parts at the home depot yes baby

I purchased a garage door opener with installation and 7 days later I have not heard when it will be installed after contacting Home Depot and the installation company

I observed Charles being very gracious to the gentleman in front of me at returns. He was equally as gracious to me.

Sales representatives are very friendly.

I was having a hard time locating some weatherstripping tape that I had seen on line. One of the supervisors looked it up for me and located it on an end cap that I had walked right by (LOL!) on my way to where most of the weatherstripping materials are located. He then walked me right to the display. Very helpful!

This home depot is forcing the use of self checkout by not having csr on duty to run a register.. It's not a customer's job to ring out your product. You want to be a big box retail outlet then out staff on to do the job instead of forcing your customers to do a job they do not like to do or if u r doing this then give the customer a percentage off the sale for being one of your employees for that time frame.

I went into Home Depot to buy a refrigerator asked for help in the appliance department and was told no one is working over there. So I had to pick up Vissani fridge by myself 7.1 cu.ft and load on cart. I go to check out and the employee starts scanning and goes to check out I ask to use my pro extra ID employee told me it’s to late and she she has nothing for me. So I go to customer service and the same employee follows me there. Only I was down with customer service I asked for help loading it in my car. The say the called someone, I wait no one came so finally they tell me they are at self check out. I wait there no one comes so I wait out for the no one comes. I went back in the store for help Roberta starts yelling in pointing in my face that the store is closed, I was try to explain that I still needed help she didn’t want to hear it, so I spoke to another employee for help. This is the Second time this has happened to me in Manchester Home Depot, first time with my 2 yr old daughter. The store employee pretty much holds me hostage In the store with my daughter blocking the exits. I don’t know if is the way Home Depot trains, it’s employees.

never have i had such a poor experience at a home depot. noone cares about doing their job, people are lazy unmotivated and don't listen! Rich the Manager was a good dude

I shop often at this Home Depot and they always have what I’m looking for.

As a woman I hate going to Home Depot. However, I had the most fun experience with the cashier there, Maria. We discovered we were the same age and exchanged a few stories. And not once did she mention a hammer or nail, LOL overall the store is super friendly and everyone there is so helpful.

Was going to self checkout and an employee told me she would check me out. She was upbeat and friendly!
