Manhattan KAnsas Home Depot, is outstanding in Customer Service and should be recognized Nationally so that other Home Depot would follow in their Footsteps

I have shopped at this home depot for years. Have nearly always had the items I was looking for in stock. Check out is fast and easy. Have always received advice when I asked. Store is clean and appears to be well managed. Kudos to the Manhattan Kansas associates!!

If the store employees would spend more time communicating with the paying customers than visiting among themselves, this might not be such a bad place to shop. Women are certainly not treated at welcome customers in most cases. After all, women can repair things in their homes as well as men in most cases. Women can be spoken to with the same respect that men are given. If the employees could just be more helpful, friendlier and less condescending, Home Depot would be a much better place to shop.

Its is a nice smaller store with experienced workers in many of the departments. They have really cleaned up the garden shop area this year and the plants are gorgeous. I think the special order counter/sections could be improved with more displays and put off in a better area as that area gets clogged up with carts.

My sales associate Lynne was one of the most knowledgable and friendly I have had at ANY store in a long time! She seemed to genuinely care about matching me to the best product for my project and not just the most expensive! She asked questions and had great suggestions. She's earned my business for the next project!

Thank you for taking the time to help us find the best product for our job. Its nice to know that some will still tell you about the product and not let you just pick one. By asking what the job is and finding out more information I feel like he knew what he was doing and was very willing to help us! Thanks again!

On this visit I was working with my contractor to have a privacy fence built. We were going over options & setting up delivery. The staff explained different payment options & the delivery process. While I was doing this, one of the store employees let my 9 year old son help him put doors up. This occupied him and he had fun doing it. I was able to take care of everything I needed and my son had a good time to. So I feel the staff goes above and beyond.

Reason for not returning very often to this Home Depot is due to Not living in this State, just visiting and helping with a project

This is a great Home Depot store.

The Manhattan Home Depot Prodesk offered great support on a special item order. Great patience and didn't try to divert me from what I came to order for something they had in stock.

AWESOMW CUSTOMER SERVICE

Employees are very adamant with helping out all customers. Despite the obvious higher customer to employee ratio, I don't mind waiting for a Home Depot employee to come and help me answer some questions or make some recommendations because the staff at this store is great. The more seasoned individuals working there have a to of experience and it shows. The younger employees, despite being less experienced, are still very informative and helpful...especially friendly. Everyone works very well as a team and I feel very comfortable shopping in this store. The only reason I gave a 4* rating is because there are numerous inaccuracies with product availability and quantities on hand from website info versus actual store. I recommend calling the store or going to store to physically look for an item the website states is out of stock or not available. Every occurrence thus far, the store actually had the item.

Customer Service is lacking. Store employees do not want to provide assistance to customers. They want you to go on-line to find what you need. They do not want to be bothered! Store had great customer service after a competitor came to town, looks like that no longer matters to them.

Our local construction company uses home depot for most all our supplies. From cleaning chemicals to finishing items. They have it all. Friendly staff, no wait check out.

Nice store with employees that have been there a while and care about helping. The Behr paint is the best and the paint department is very good. They keep the store clean. Plus Ridgid power tools are very good.

I was shopping for carpet and found the best prices at Home Depot and it was installed free due to a promotional. I buy tools during the sales at Christmas because that is when they have the best prices. I bought a large Milwaukee tool chest because it was damaged and on sale. I got it home and repaired the dents and damage and it works fine now. I bought an Echo chainsaw that was on sale and when I asked the sales person about it they got the manager and he worked out a better deal for me. I have used the saw to cut down and prune trees in my yard and my neighbor uses it to cut trees on his yard. I bought some large sockets when working on my car because they were the best prices in town. I also buy paint and painting supplies when painting my house. I enjoy shopping at Home Depot because I get good Ideas on home repairs when looking at all the material in the store. I also bought a new LG refrigerator and have had no problems with it.

FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD SELECTION OF PRODUCTS, EASY ACCESS TO THE STORE IN MANHATTAN. ALWAYS ENJOY VISITING THE HOME DEPOT, MANHATTAN, KS!!!!

We had a very difficult return. Two of the customer service associates, Payton and Halley, we wonderful to work with. They saw our issue to the end and always had a smile on their faces. Absolutely the people that Home Depot would want to represent them. Good job!!

I really appreciate the fact that the item locations and stock counts as reflected on the mobile app are accurate and up to date. It lets me find my purchase and determine the in store availability.

Very friendly, service. Great selection of most items. Although last year I got my tree from Topeka because they had a larger variety, I would prefer to keep my business at this location in Manhattan.
