Excellent service

We had purchased these LED pathway lamps (2 sets) that were on sale last week, and as it turns out we had gotten to different styles, but they were the same brand and original price. We went to customer service to return the wrong one and found that the original cashier, Angelika, who ran the transaction had only rung up the one model twice and it just so happened to be the model we were returning. The customer service rep, Dagmaris, initially refused to do an even exchange. Then agreed and ran the transaction completely wrong stating we owed additional funds. The interaction sounds like it should have gone fairly smooth, but the customer service rep was very unfriendly and made us feel like it was our fault that the cashier ran the original transaction wrong. Needless to say. We just took our refund and left the store.

This store is always clean and organized. The employees are polite and friendly. They are always there to help when I need it. Very much appreciate them :)

Everyone there is always helpful and friendly. I shop there quite a bit and always leave smiling!

Every time I go to this store every one there is always extremely friendly and very helpful. If they dont know the answers they find someone who does or look it up for you. They are great!

The assistant manager on duty went out of his way to help me. When I couldn't find the quantities of an item I was looking for he helped find an alternative and priced at the cost of original item I was looking for.

The Manhattan Home Depot has great employees that are extremely helpful and always friendly. The Manager is a hands on person. I have seen him doing a little bit of everything in the store. One of the best parts of the store is that they will make cuts for you! And the monthly kids program is Fantastic!!!!!!

No customer help - we have made 5 trips to this store in the past 6 months for remodeling materials. Each trip we needed help - no one was available, even if paged. Won't be back.

Store is always great to shop, It would be good if they made the Manhattan store a LARGE Store provide more products , but I will still continue to shop the store because of customer service.

I love that everytime I come into this location I get greeted by everyone. When I have projects in mine I come here and they are always willing to go over and beyond for me. They will stop what they are doing even if it’s not there department. Thank you!! I will continue to come here:)

Standard Home Depot, seems to be similar and comparable to all other Home Depot Stores, sometimes is short on customer service staff but that seems to be the norm for most retail stores these days. I've been to this store at least a dozen times in the past year and haven't had a bad experience, always plenty of products on the shelves with a wide range or selection, store is neat and well kept.

Good shopping experience. Linda the cashier was extremely helpful.

The store usually has good products . The only short coming is sometimes it takes me to long to locate someone with the expertise to direct me to the location of the product I am looking for.Cashier De Andree checked me out fast and I was on my way out in minutes. The Store Manager is professional and helpful.

People working are very helpful and friendly. Blaine who works in cabinets was wonderful designing the layout and worked with us for hours. Cabinets are in and we both love them. Could not be happy.

I am an art student at Kansas State University. I am frequently at Home Depot to buy supplies and help troubleshoot many of my projects. Recently, I needed help coming up with a special lighted pedestal for my performative art project & asked Elizabeth at the customer service desk to guide me to the right place. She connected me with another terrific employee named Taylor. She was excellent in helping me brainstorm several different ideas. Everyone was interested in helping me solve my problem!
