The lady at self checkout needs to learn not to be in peoples personal space looking over their shoulder, also if it’s called self check out never grab the scanner and scan something for someone if they weren’t sure in the first place if they wanted the item. The lady with the mark on her face was extremely rude by doing this, and made me feel very uncomfortable to shop here again.

I was at the store and thought I had left my wallet in the cart. Two employees Gigi and Vito stopped what they were doing to help me search as I was stressed thinking it was lost. They spent some time looking everywhere and it was discovered to be in my car. I couldn’t thank them enough for their concern but I find everyone in that store is always helpful. Hope Gigi and Vito get some recognition as they went above and beyond in customer service. Home Depot is lucky to have them.

Employees were extremely helpful and very willing to provide assistance. Most notably Harry in Plumbing, Adel in Hardware and Les in Tool Rentals. Even the Cashier … Maureen … was helpful and had a great attitude. This is a great store to shop, and the employees clearly act as a team to help customers quickly and correctly find what we need.

MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO PURCHASE A NEW WASHING MACHINE. WE WERE MET BY A SALESMAN WHO WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL WITH INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCTS. THE SALES PRICE AND DELIVERY/SET UP WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR FINDING YOUR APPLIANCE NEEDS.

Needed an AC unit right away bc of a heat wave and walked out with a really good window unit that saved us. Also, bought a grill which I'm very happy with

I opened an account at Home Depot and emedietly started getting fake Home Depot e-mails offering ridiculous prizes and opportunities. At first, I did not recognize them as Hacks or fake, so I responded to the same. I was seriously hacked and I had to change my credit cards and change Bank accounts and put special restrictions on all social media and credit and banking activity. I notified the Morganville store with full documentation and copies to your corporate entity. To clean up this mess it took over a month. All I asked is that Corporate and the Morganville store respond to the fact that I had made all the appropriate communique and they would look into where the leaked data and problem were being addressed internally. Never heard a word, not an e-mail, letter, or phone call. And I followed up, with not a peep from Home Depot. That is a customer relations black eye. You should make public any internal practices you have to guard against fraud and hack protection. I felt betrayed!!!!!

I worked with Ellen in the kitchen design section and she helped me design a beautiful new kitchen - we went 3 days changing the design, she had tons of patience - we picked out cabinets and countertops and she even helped me pick out flooring- I felt very confident with all her advice - highly recommend

Every time I visit this store I am astonished by the amazing customer service. Whether it be suggesting materials for a project or loading a pallet into the pick up truck these employees are the reason this store is my go to

The return of the part I bought of the wrong size was fast and easy. They just scanned my receipt and I did not have to use my credit card.

Whenever I go into this store, whether for seeds, soil, batteries or electrical components, the employees are always professional, gracious, and know their business perfectly. I have never had a problem making understood or with any of your products.

My complaint was at the Old Bridge store where I usually shop.

If you ever run into an issue, ask for Victor, ASM or Angela or Dom Associates. They have the best attitude for helping.

Avoid this Home Depot if you may need to return anything. Associate AnnMarie was completely rude. While I've normally had no issue with returning items, AnnMarie right away gave a bad attitude and refused to return the item when I provided the SKU. She also threw my receipt at me and walked away, No "okay you're all set". I had to drive to another home depot where the associate was able to help me find what I needed and make the appropriate return.

We are long time, loyal customers of this store. The staff has assisted us in numerous projects over the years - flooring, lumber, landscape, appliances - you name it. They remind us of the "old time" local hardware store experiences from our city days. Highly recommend.

The 80% of employees are not interested in helping customers find missing items that are not where the app says they are or if the app says there are 10 in the store & the employees say app is always wrong cause they don’t want to bother!

The employee there on 4/26 in the light bulb section went above and beyond to help me find a very unique light bulb for my freezer. I didn't expect someone to work so hard to help me get the item I needed at a big box store. I will def be going back to this location even though it's a little further than the other home depot I usually go to.

I ordered 10 bags of mulch to be picked up curbside. This was handled quite nicely. Your employee Dominick loaded the mulch into the trunk of my car. He thanked me for my service. Really polite and efficient.
