The trip I had today at Home Depot of morganville was one of the best. I rarely go to Home Depot being not as handy but I have taken on a few tasks at home and all employees were helpfully especially the ladies at self check out

To be honest went thru express checkout and that is why my answers were no on cashier

Awfull No one knows where anything is and few if any have knowledge on the products they carry

Dissapointed that they did not have all the keys in stock that I wanted to have made.

The inventory of the store in inaccurate..I ordered items which showed in stock. Had a pickup time setup. I arrived on time and was told the order is cancelled because they don't have the items and they don't know why their inventory status is not accurate :( waste of 40min drive one way.

CS and Tool Associate gave it their all to replace the broken part, and restore my took kit to it's operational state. Great job. Thank you.

Overall my husband and I have great experiences at Home Depot - we use the paint section regularly and find the staff a pleasure to work with

I already knew what I needed to purchase, and where the product was located, but I had a question to distinguish between two, almost the same items. The Sales Rep in that area was trying to locate the specs, but couldn't find any. Just used some logical/deductive reasoning to come up with what seems to be the best answer. Would be great to have a store scanner that could give a full description, specs, price of each item, just by bringing it to the scanner and reading the UPC. Much easier and saves on resources.

Much better service, and closer to home. The store has most of the items I'm looking for, and at a competitive price.

The store had what I needed, and didn't have far to go to get it.

I've been a customer from the first day the store opened. Didn't have any issues yet. If something's defective or damaged, I can always bring it back without being grilled. Very Handy to have the store that close to home. I get most of my supplies there before I start any work in NY or here in Manalapan. Hope the store continues to do well, as that benefits the entire community.

All staff are courteous and knowledgable in their respective fields. I RECENTLY BOUGHT KITCHEN APPLIANCES AT MY LOCAL HD STORE AND WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 45 MINUTES. IT WAS DELIVERED WITHIN A WEEK AND THE SERVICE DELIVERY PERSONS WERE ON TIME., EXTREMELY COURTEOUS AND NEAT.
