Excellent Customer Service
The items I purchased in the garden area were perfect for my planting project. The plants looks beautiful. The employees that assisted me were so friendly and helpful. (Kat, Isaiah and Andre) Great shopping experience, spectacular customer service and and awesome prices for what I purchased.

LAZY EMPLOYEES IN THE MASPETH STORE.
This store is where new employees are shown how to perform their job as a new employees. Yet you have too many employees chatting up a story with coworkers and not attending to customer questions as to where products are located.

Home Depot's Maspeth N.Y. Store
Well staffed store. Convenient locker pickup. I usually pre-shop online to see if items are in stock, and if so, note aisle and bay numbers as well as model and sku numbers. Once in store, I find that online info accurately represents in store items. Makes quick work of shopping. Many thanks.

Poor customer service
Everyone is always too busy doing their own things, like on phone or restocking or not able to help because no knowledge or not their department.
