Great team... I never have any issues when doing business with this store and if I do there is a great team and store manager and he is always ready to assist and solve the issue. Thank you for everything from greeting me at the door, assistance in finding supplies, check-out, to welcoming me back.

I have been to the store over 25 times in a matter of a couple of weeks, and no matter what time or day I go there, there is always someone who can help me. I do feel much more comfortable shopping in a store where I can get reliable assistance at anytime. Thank you everyone for all of your time and help.

I have 3 Home Depots close to my home ( all about 1/2 hour away) and this one is the only one that goes above and beyond no matter how large or small my purchases are.

Whenever we are at this store whether for work or home projects, the entire staff is very accomodating and friendly. They will try to help to the best of their ability and if they cannot, they will refer us to someone else

Associate Bryan went WAY above the call of duty in our check out. Our Home Depot Gift card which was supposed to have $145.02 turned out to have nothing. Bryan made calls to the corporate office and discovered the card had been used in California (we live in Pennsylvania). Bryan also called American Express which had issued the card to us as rewards. The American Express agent there was so helpful also refunding us the full amount of the card $500.00. Then Bryan, after helping us for nearly 45 minutes, came and personally helped us load our Tracker with the heavy boxes of laminate flooring and 5 gal pails of paint. This guy is a keeper!

The associates work well with customers for the best product to suit their needs and budgets.

Patty at the customer service desk was EXTREMELY helpful,and went OUT OF HER WAY to help me find an item in the store near her desk,AND called the Newton,NJ store to secure/hold a second one of these items that I purchased from her in the Westfall,Pa.store.She Was AWESOME!! Greta in the power tools department ALSO went out of her way to assist me in locating a tool set for a Christmas gift I needed to purchase,and gave me 2 different Makita options to look at before I bought this specific set of drill/drivers.She ALSO went out of her way to make this a positive experience!! JR in the power tool section ALSO went out of his way to offer me accessories that I asked him about,and showed me the different options I had in purchasing drill bits, as well as the power tool I purchased. I HAVE NEVER had a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE in Home Depot,which made me go to other retailers.HOWEVER,these three EXTREMELY HELPFUL people in this Westfall/Matamoras,Pa.store have changed my mind about shopping at The Home Depot.They ALL were experienced in their departments,knowledgeable about the products Home Depot sells,and REALLY helped me in my decision to buy at this store today!! Because of todays positive experience with the Matamoras/Westfall,Pa.Home Depot,I WILL go back to this store,in the future for ALL of my construction/tool needs.Thank you ALL for such a POSITIVE experience this day!!

I have been to this store about 20 times already, although I moved to the area about a month and 1/2 ago. I love it.

It's always a pleasant experience shopping at this location. There are ample associates to help you find what you're looking for, and rather than pointing you in a general direction, they almost always guide you directly to the product. The other day the store manager himself walked with me the entire length of the store just to make sure I found the snow shovels! He very easily could've explained where to find them, but he instead took the time to personally guide me to them. We engaged in some friendly chit-chat along the way, and he was very engaging and pleasant. As I was looking at the shovels, I observed him helping another customer, and he was completely professional and it appeared that he provided them with excellent help. Every associate at this location is very friendly and eager to help, and it's clear where that attitude comes from. The store manager leads by example with his own actions. Kudos to him and his team!

I went to purchase a leaf blower and the staff was great however a product that I purchase Ryobi..was a total washoutnot only did I take back the product once but I had to take it back again once I purchase and return the first one my only complaint is that I wish Home Depot what pay closer attention to the quality of product that they carryother than that I recommend Home Depot store

I truly enjoy shopping at this location. The associates are friendly, helpful and attentive. The store is always clean and organized and the inventory is great.

Between all the HDs I've been to, it's nice to know what to expect and where to find items. Some are left to right and others right to left but always in the same order. Sometimes breaks overlap and it's hard to find someone for a particular dept. However, they are always quite helpful and can point you in the right direction.

Store cashier, KJC905, realized I was not buying enough materials for the job I was explaining to her. Saved me an extra trip back to Home Depot resulting in lost time. I purchase my materials at the Westfall Home Depot for this very reason. All the associates at THIS store are knowledgeable and interested in the buyer satisfaction.

I was very happy with the saleperson who helped me get the 4x8 broad & had it cut in half to get it into my van. They helpped me too. Thanks from an old Lady of 80 years old with a husband in the van who suffered a stroke. So I did have my hands full . But you all helped me.

I was able to get the items I needed. The staff was very helpful and the store was clean. The manager was also helpful when asked a question regarding item purchased. I like coming to this store location, knowing I will be treated with respect and the quality of service was above and beyond than normal. The service at this location is unheard of these days. The staff in this store is truly worthy of the HomeDepot name.

Thrilled to find store open early enough to shop on my way home from working the night shift so I don't need to venture out later during the day when should be sleeping.

I am moving across the country, and chose my new carpeting at my local Home Depot, then made all the arrangements for measurement, installation, type of carpeting and padding via phone calls. The associate I dealt with primarily was very helpful, cordial, professional. The carpeting has not yet been delivered or installed, so I can't say how the final outcome is, but so far, it has been a positive experience.

was told that I could use the 10% incentive on appliances that were on sale which also happened to be 10% off (appears associate confused the 2) only to get through checkout and find out it didn't (cashier thought the discount would show up on my credit statement). Lowes had the same washer/drier listed for $1 each more (no special 10% code needed). When I signed up for my lowes card, I got the sales price and the 10% off. Home depot associate did get permission to give me 5% (after calling lowes to confirm they'd do it) when I was going to cancel the order. Still insisted that I'd have to pay NYS tax to pick up the item at the store in Pa because it wasn't stocked. I went home and logged into lowes.com and ordered it - pick up in store and saved $40 so I cancelled my home depot order. I could have saved a trip and 3 hours if I stayed home and just ordered it from lowes in the first place.

Working on big projects mean multiple trips to the depot and usually it would be a burden to be making so many trips, yet I've found the home depot trips to be a highlight of the work day. There's a massive selection of products and even more information about all of the stuff. In my experience the staff is always friendly and willing to work with you to find a solution to what you need. Whether it's an "in and out" or a "going hunting" type shopping trip, It has become a great joy to get what I need to get back to work.
