outside of stove gets extremely hot when oven is on. Fire department told me it isn't insulated and to not use it.

PRODUCTS WERE AVAILABLE BUT NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES. ON WRITING I SEE A WINDOW ASKING NOT TO SPEAK ABOUT CUTOMER SERVICE. SMART! FOUND OUT THEY ARE MAKING IT MORE DIFFICULT FOR VETERANS TO GET A DISCOUNT.

Assistant in the paint department was quick to help me choose the correct primer, mix the proper type of paint and pick the right brush I needed to finish painting my kitchen cabinets.

I purchased a pressure wand for my hose. It's like turning your garden hose into a miniature pressure washer. Works quite well.

We worked with Devon who helped us place our flooring order. She is very professional, friendly and answered all of our questions. The cashier and the Customer Service department employees were very nice as well. The store was clean and well stocked. We will definitely be using this Home Depot in the future.

We went to the appliance department and we’re greeted right away. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The were very friendly and patient while we were choosing our washer dryer and fridge.

Ed in the Lumber Department is very pleasant and helpful. I couldn't find what I was looking for and not only did he know right where it was, he took me right to it. When I explained that I needed to have the whiteboards cut, he happily cut them for me. What a pleasant experience!

The Home Depot location Matamoras PA 18336 is a wonderful place to shop, you can find seasonal items, as well as everyday home items for repair, or just to make your life at home more effective. The customer service representatives are most willing to go above and beyond the duties to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Matamoras store is one of the best run Home Depot stores I have been in. It is always clean and orderly and items I am looking for are easy to find, The staff is particularly courteous and helpful! They get an A+ in my book!

If you know the layout of the store, most products are very easy to find. The customer service here is great!!!

Store was ok. Ordered washing machine, set up delivery. They called the day before the scheduled delivery to confirm. They never showed or called on the scheduled day. When I called the store to advise no one showed up, he couldn't find my order, then told me it was rescheduled (without notifying me, to days I would not be home). I told him to cancel the order, first he offered $50 credit for $737 order with no proof of cancellation. He said they do not get cancellation #'s. Finally he emailed me proof of cancellation with full refund. Then he hung up on me. So they charged my credit card for something they did not deliver, then told me they do not have proof for the cancellation.

One associate Joe was very helpful, after being told by two associates they didn't have the product, Joe brought me straight to the product.

Conveniently located, brightly lit and well stocked

I had trouble locating a telescopic pole for my swimming pool. Evan, an associate was very helpful - he was working with another employee when I interrupted him to inquire about the location of the poles. Evan stopped what he was doing to assist me and show me where to find the poles. Unfortunately there weren’t any more of the ones I needed. As I was walking around the store, Evan found me and had one of the telescopic poles. EXCELLENT customer service! Evan should train the next class of new employees!

I thought home depot was reliable, until we bought a washer by them. If you buy any item off the shelf, and are not happy with it, take it back and get a refund, right? Wrong! You buy an appliance from them, You find out next day, that it is not good, or not good for you, forget it. This place is a waste of time, and money. They are perfect for small things, that You can carry. Anything else I would highly advise anyone not to trust them.

Folks here are mostly eager to help a customer out.
