store is just a great store to shop in.

This store may be a little farther than the other one but we find that the employees are so much friendlier and helpful.....its nice when walking through the store the employees acknowledge you and ask if you need help in finding what you are looking for.....it certainly makes the shopping experience much more enjoyable.....

I love this store! My husband and I bought a house 3 years ago that we’ve been basically rebuilding every inch of. With my husband needing to work, I am the elected point-person to do this, and between YouTube and questions answered by so many knowledgeable staff at HD, I’ve been able to successfully re-wire, re-plumb, and change a post and beam foundation to a house with a solid foundation, with the goal of double-stud walls and a metal roof in the next few years. I might as well live at HD, I’m there so much, and have made many friends of the employees. Most of them are very knowledgeable, and ready to help load, or answer questions - and I can usually find someone within a few minutes! Often the same ones that help me choose a product will also help me load it, and as a woman in my 50s, this helps me save my energy for the work at home. However, I would like to see the cashiers have stools to sit on, they look so uncomfortable having to stand all the time - a bad store policy in my opinion. Lovely people, clean store, good sales in store, and helpful.

I can’t say enough nice things about our interaction with Etta (appliances) and Emily (customer service) while purchasing our new washer and dryer. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Very nice women!

The people that work here are always helpful and in good spirits. Their willingness to help and knowledge of products is very good. The store is kept clean and the bathroom as well.They know your time is valuable and will get you done as fast as they can.

This store is awesome. Not because it's Home Depot, but because of the people running it. In a time where customer service is dead, these people excel. Highly recommend this Home Depot over all others.

You could tell this store is well-managed it's clean everything is where it's supposed to be and if you ever need any kind of appliance see Cesar Acevedo appliance specialist he will do everything in his power to make you happy with your purchase! A very nice guy! Good person!

The person in the Appliance dept, named Ceasar, went out of his way to be helpful and explained all of the options. He has high energy and very nice. We ended up going back 3x because of measurements and details, but we went back to Home Depot because of his service. Lowes is right down the street and we did not price shop due to his attentiveness. Everyone in the store seemed much more attentive than other stores that we have been in. Very good experience. This is the first time that I have taken the time to write a review.

Great appliance dept. if you don’t see what you’re looking for on the floor, they will go into the computer and show and explain items that they do sell online. Associates are friendly and knowledge. Great customer service!

I have been going to this Home Depot since it opened. Many of the employees have been there since the opening, and they are all from our community. The employees are friendly and able to answer many of your questions, regardless of the department.
