Red head guy and dark haired guy with the beanie, one in lumber and one in plumbing were both awesome and made my experience worth the trip instead of ordering online. They helped me get the right items and tools I needed to build a quarter pipe to learn to skateboard. Awesome customer service and they both should be commended and given a raise when review time comes.

I am very disappointed that the Miamisburg, Ohio home depot has not received any of the Life-size animatronic christmas R2-D2. I was told by the manager that they will not be getting any in stock. I was also to the same thing by the centerville home depot too. It's very disappointing.

I went in to pay cash for something they did not have in stock. The person at the customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. My order was placed, and I can not wait for it to arrive!

Great visit to Home Depot! Appliance person helped me order a refrigerator and 3 employees greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. Commented to my boyfriend that this was rare and that the management must be good!

I frequent this Home Depot for several reasons. The staff has ALWAYS been extremely helpful and professional. They always help me find what I need and help with suggestions on how to make the project I'm working much easier through suggestions on equipment, techniques, or additional improvements.

I went to Home Depot thinking they would surely they would have what I needed. Much to my surprise they didn’t have it . I went to your competition up the street and they did indeed had it. Next time I will just go to the competition and self myself time.

I am planning to cancel my Home Depot credit card, and never walk into another Home Depot store again. I rented a log splitter on Saturday evening 02/01/25 at the Miamisburg Ohio store and a piece of cast aluminum that attaches to the splitter lever which is basically the major failure point of the entire system, broke toward the end of the rental day on a Sunday 02/02/25. Originally I was going to be charged $360 for this as I did not take the $23 rental insurance which I had never heard of in my life for a tool rental before Saturday. It seems like all you are doing is transferring all of your repair and maintenance costs to the customers by selling insurance or charging them for every single thing that could possibly go wrong. A Manager named Bruce worked the price down to about $250 by being able to get a used part or some OEM part or whatever the story is, and told me he would be able to split the dollar amount with me so that leaves me with being charged $122 for this broken part. You can roll back years worth of information on me and how much you think I might be worth to Home Depot and if that's vour final decision, then I will not shop with Home Depot for the rest of my life. I remodeled an entire kitchen with Home Depot. I have spent thousands on Milwaukee tools and LG appliances and I just spent $14K in November 2024 on triple pane windows throughout my entire house with Home Depot. This situation has me absolutely livid and it is enough to get me to take all of my business elsewhere.

Was recently in Home Depot after having not been there in a while. Much more product to pick from and current styles. Friendly, helpful people too!

This microwave is not user friendly. have been with customer service twice and waiting to talk to technical support. Will in all probability be returning item after holidays

Found the items I needed easily with employee help. Audrey at the counter was pleasant and helpful with the checkout process.

Very helpful employee told me they were out of what I needed but while I was checking out, she went as far as looking up on her phone what stores close by had it in stock. Only one she suggested I went to, and they had exactly what I was looking for! Very thankful!

Terrible help in appliances . 4 hours of wasted time . Had to return 4 kitchen appliance wrong colors and brands felivered

I just stopped in for some oil but wound up getting some things for my yard. The associate was knowledgeable and helpful and thank me for stopping in . All in all a pleasurable experience and I will be back.

So the wife and I went in to buy a dishwasher after explaining the features that we wanted and the amount of money that we wanted to spend. The gentleman went out of his away to check other stores and looking in the back and found a model that would fit the bill, Andy And even was able to give us 20% off because it was on sale a week before highly recommend that store

After jumping through all the hoops to get military discount and was told it was in system, today my husband was told he was NOT in system and even after presenting military ID card was told no. When call to customer service was placed and explained how embarrassing this was to a veteran, he was hung up on. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. SHAME ON YOU!!!! Either give a discount or don't, but do not make military beg and jump through hoops for your discount. An ID is ENOUGH!

Jerry at the self checkout is an example of how customer service should work. He showed me how to redeem a gift card that had several online steps to redeem. He was polite and went out of his way to assist me. He should teach the rest of the staff there how to be a customer service minded person.

I love shopping at this store. It is always clean and well stocked. They have a great selection of vegetable plants and other plants and flowers. Appreciate the fact that you can enter right through the garden city. Means a lot, when you really don't want to walk through the store to reach the gardencenter.

I've been shopping at Home Depot for over 30 years. Always has what I'm looking for--either in-store or on-line. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable employees. It's my #1 place to go for home improvement items. Never been disappointed. As I am retired USAF, having several designated parking spots for veterans is a plus.
