I buy all my appliances here and all other materials I need for repairs. Fencing, paint, plumbing, lumber, gardening.

Everytime I come in staff is so eager to help. This time Ashley at customer service went above & beyond to help me.

I often shop at the Home Depot in Midwest City, OK for my hardware, garden and building projects.

The employees are are kind and very knowledgeable about their products & really excited to help. They go above and beyond to help you obtain the products you need, they ask questions & if they don’t know the solution; they find someone in the store who can further help!

The store was clean and there was a person who actually was there to do the job they were hired to do and showed interested in helping me find and purchase what I went in for.

The entire staff at this location are all very helpful. There is just not enough of them.

I had to wait 35 minutes for help at 4pm since the ONE person working the department was busy with another customer. She made several calls for help but nobody responded. Once she finished with the other customer she was apologetic and helped me but having to wait when she had requested backup was unsat. Won't be returning.

I was very happy to receive help in getting the order pulled.

Again thank you to the man who work’s over by the Halloween stuff for walking me over to the paint selection. When he asked the 2 employees in the paint dept? Neither responded.He helped me pick out glow in the dark paint. Also a thank you to both your drivers who delivered my Skelly Skelton who were kind and helpful. Joyce Keen

The lady cashier was very kind, helpful and expedient in processing my order. The people who cut my laminate were very detail oriented, kind and expedient.

Waiting an hour for supplies after paying for them. Whole waiting I purchased other items that was locked up and they had to call over store intercom fir someone to help me. Bad, bad 👎

Jerel at the check out sexually harassed my wife and disrespected me as well as begged me for the drinks in my cart like I owed him for helping me when I didn't even need help and he forced his help on me I wish I could give a zero star I'm never shopping with homedepot again.

Dear Customer care, I am deeply disappointed by the discriminatory and rude behavior of the cashier Doris at The Home Depot in Midwest City, OK, located at 1600 S. Sooner Rd., on June 30, 2024, at 10:53 a.m. Doris was not only incompetent and rough but also exhibited sharp and dismissive behavior towards me simply because of my skin color. I believe The Home Depot is committed to serving all customers equally, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Doris refused to scan items with barcodes facing her and insisted I should know the prices instead of looking them up in the system. This is not acceptable customer service. Despite being a paying customer, I was treated with disrespect and inequality. It's particularly disheartening that Doris, who herself is black, would engage in discriminatory behavior. As a result of this negative experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere, where I am treated with dignity and fairness. Respectfully, I am a customer of yours for 30 years, spending a significant amount every week, which you do not want to lose due to Doris' discrimination based on my skin color and her incompetence as a cashier.

The little pink haired girl in Garden was so genuinely friendly and sweet. Her greeting was heartfelt and made my heart happy! I wish all people would treat each other like this.

We always enjoy shopping at The Home Depot in Midwest City, OK. There's always friendly staff who greet you at each entrance and answer any questions you may have.

I came shopping today, knowing what I wanted and knowing I wouldn’t be able to find it. But I found it pretty easy with the help of the guys in the Fleming section. And then on checking out it was really fast because while there was a problem ahead of me with some thing the checker Shelita, Had came and scanned all my items so when I made it to the cashier, she already had it rang up, and I was out of there above and beyond! That’s what makes Home Depot my shopping place the employees that are friendly and very helpful
