The most of my tools are RIGID I m so happy with them

Bought several herbs a few week ago for a great price.

I experienced one of the most unprofessional and discriminatory interactions I have ever encountered at a Home Depot location. I was next in the return line when a young cashier looked directly at me, ignored me, and instead brought another person to her register who was not waiting in line. When I pointed out that I was next, she began yelling at me aggressively in front of other customers. Her behavior toward me was hostile and humiliating, and completely different from the way she treated the person she chose to serve. This felt discriminatory and unacceptable in every way. No customer should be subjected to yelling, disrespect, or biased treatment.

Probably the worst Home Depot Location in the country. Always lacking stock, and staff doesn't care to help you.

I find the staff at this location to be very engaged and super helpful. They are responsive m, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you locate or research something! Yayyyyyy team HD Mill Basin!

Karen @ Customer Service Mill Basin is the best. She knows me by name and always greets me kindly. Karen is always willing to help and offer advice.

Avoid this location. Every time I go, the staff gets more nasty to customers. They are doing you a favor when you speak to them. If you hate your jobs then find another one.

Had a great time at the 6158 Home Depot. I went to shop for household supplies in Garden and there was an associate who made sure I had everything I needed. She was very helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed my visit.

Please have a meeting with your staff in the paint department. Myself and 2 other patrons were left standing for over 30-45mins waiting for assistance. One week later it was a similar experience.

Selen was a one of a kind sales consultant.She made us feel very comfortable.She went above and beyond the Call of Duty to ensure that we were satisfied with our purchase.I highly recommend her and will be a repeat customer.

Everytime my family and I enter the store to pick our online orders there are always two wonderful ladies who recognizes us and gives our niece a big hug. This warms our hearts because our niece has intellectual disabilities and enjoys when someone acknowledges her presence. They are SUPER Women to us.

The material was available and in stock. There was no service person available for assistance. I just had to figure out things on my own or with the assistance of other shoppers.. I would like to see this situation be corrected as time is very limited .

I was looking for cabinets and countertops Selen was very helpful and knowledgeable. Now I am back my flooring and she has been exceptional. I really value her input.

They just point to the stuff, no further assistance.

The staff at the Mill Basin Brooklyn Home Depot store have always been very helpful and very pleasant, and the store is always stocked with what I need.

I was pleased with the large amount of items in the store and I even brought plants since I needed some. I was able to see the floor model of the General Electric refrigerator that was delivered today.

Card machine was not working at checkout counter. Casheir took my card and walked over to two other register in attempt to complete the sale. All without saying anything to me or even explaining that her card machine did not work Very poor communicate or lack thereof.

It’s always hard to find someone to help. There either chatting with another employee or point the finger at a direction instead of trying to show you. They look annoyed.

For the first time since shopping here, an employee offered to help me find what I’m looking for. The return desk is fine. However, Usually you can’t find anyone or they just tell you which aisle you should go to. At checkout (especially Pro services), they look annoyed and disinterested. Forget about helping you load stuff in your car. Customer service needs a lot of improvement.

I notice with your workers when they’re well trained they have those patches on and it’s like accomplishment badges. I’m very impressed with that. I also get a lot more smiles out of your workers. That’s positive sometimes I’m in a rush and I just wanna get things and they’re very kind and helpful.

I seldom find what I am looking for at this location

All of the Home Depot I’ve been to a getting worse every day. You pay top dollar for garbage and little to no help.

I shop often at this home Depot, always very satisfied.

Rarely go to Home Depot, as I shop online for everything but this day I was in the area and opted to pick up my order. It was well worth my Friday morning. I decided to return one item from my pick, and it was a super seamless return, as the manger was on hand to make sure it was smooth. Manager is a true team player with staff and customers, and a super pleasant lady. The large items were also tied to my vehicle safely with ease.

Service was excellent.staff was very helpfull even while they were on lunch

Last we went to the Starrett City Hime Depot and used Pro Services. We placed a large order. Shandel helped us. She was knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Great store highly recommend
