Our family's in-store experience was very positive on 6/30/16. Sharon provided excellent assistance with our search for wood flooring. She helped us calculate the number of boxes we would need, ably got helpers to put boxes on the cart (and the 2 gentlemen who helped her were very polite too). Sharon helped me checkout items purchased and maintained a friendly, courteous and helpful manner throughout our in-store experience. it was also great that more than enough good-quality materials were on the shelves to meet our needs. Thank you, Home Depot Team!

They tend to have the items I need in stock and most of the employees are friendly and helpful but the checkout experience is horrendous. Focus on improving all aspects of your store, Home Depot.

I'm always offered assistance when I pass an employee and they are friendly. The difference in customer service is the determining factor (for me) between HD and Lowe's. I don't get that type of treatment at Lowe's. I receive it and appreciate it every time I go to Home Depot.

My reasons for visiting the store was primarily to pick up an item purchased online.I was rather pleased and surprised with the efficient way in which the store associate/attendant was able to attend to me . I must add that she was quite pleasant and mannerly. I was also able to make a purchase of flower plants and the checkout went quite quickly and smoothly. Overall an A+ grade for them

I only had one problem. I used the self checkout station and requested additional cash. One of the bills I received was a $1.00 bill instead of a $20.00. I received no satisfaction from management.

I was looking for sliding closet door slabs. Bella post the mill work specialist was standing at the front of the isle and said "can I help you?" Very unusual at this store to hear those words. I usually see that assistance in florida! She introduced herself and shook my hand. Found me my item and checked me out right away. This store improved significantly!

As soon as you enter this store you are warmly greeted with a good day, how do you do. The staff is courteous and eager to help, knowledgeable about the products and even willing to assist in the self check out line if you are unable to lift/hoist a product to be scanned. Before you walk out of the door, you're asked whether you found everything you were looking for and wished a good day Overall, this seem to be a family friendly atmosphere where great emphasis seem to be placed on customer satisfaction. Great customer service.
