been going to this home depot for several yrs, always had a good experience but today had an awful experience from a worker in lumber named BOB who told me to SHUT UP or he wont help me; He was abrupt and he got upset at me when I couldnt move fast enough to help him place wood in saw machine, he told me i should be more attentive, so when I told him that I will just find another worker to help me, thats when he told me to SHUT UP, so I reported him to customer service and spoke with mgr Danny who was attentive and listened to my complaints,

very pleasant worker named DENNIS, clean store, followed masking and safe distancing enforced

Cashier Diane was very, very RUDE! Couldn't be bothered to respond to us saying Hi, or thank you or have a nice day. All we got every time we spoke was yeah uh huh

I shop here a lot and I use to work for the company many years ago in both California and New Jersey so my standards are higher. However, there did not seem to be enough employees because no one was available to ask for help, I waited for the lady in Blinds/Flooring for awhile while she was talking to a customer (I think). No one else came so I left. However, I got lucky there was a gentleman who was shopping and took time to ask me if I needed help while looking for a brass fitting for the Dryer we bought for the house (gas inlet not typical size). He found exactly what I was looking for in a minute and continued to help me make sure what I was looking for is what I needed. I did not catch his name but it turns out he was an employee from the South Brunswick store. He is the type of employee that every store needs. He lived up to my standard of customer service except he was not working at the time. So I say Thank you.

Awesome place to shop for home needs all while feeling at Home. #HomeDepot is on point with the #Covid19 CDC protocol... I felt very safe and comfortable while #shopping and got exactly what I needed thanks Bill & Jon And thanks Home Depot for making my favorite place to shop at feel like Iam right at home...smiles

Found everything I needed with the help of store employees. They answered my questions and were very helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed.

Better of the Home Depots and Better then their competitors as far as knowledgeable employees by far. If something is broke, go to Hardware area and ask for Joe. He's usually there after 5. He is great with basic repairs from installing a door to replacing a toilet, even electrical things like thermostats and ceiling fans and wifi connections. He'll explain it better than youtube. If he's not there ask for Bill. Bill has helped us out as well, but I have only found him in the morning or lunch time.

Store sells grave blankets but does not provide the metal stakes for them.

Omg this store is a complete JOKE! I have several complaints 1. Cannot find associates in the aisles, when I do their response "not my department" SO tremendously helpful, how about pointing me in the direction of someone that can actually help? 2. Going to Returns: all I saw was some white haired lady yelling at people. I've been in this store multiple times and she's all I ever see. Probably might need to consider taking a vacation or going out for a smoke something to destress because lemme tell you. You stressing and yelling and taking it out on people makes them stress and then really how productive are they at the end of the day? Seriously consider that vacay I was talking about; I recommend Aruba or somewhere tropical. Then again with the pay y'all probably earn. Managment might also want to consider bumping her pay raise. 3. The plumbing department needs a serious shape up. Nothing is where it should be. On more than one occasion I've grabbed two different items on the same tiny space shelf when I'm looking for two of the same. Partially my fault I should look before I buy BUT should I really have to go hunting through thousands of tiny pieces just to find the right fitting? 4. Some of your cashiers need a serious attitude adjustment when someone tells them NO THANK YOU to being harassed multiple times for a store card. I had thought about getting one and decided against it when I learned what the APR was. When I told her no the first time her demeanor completely changed. Also there really aren't any benefits to it atleast not that I've seen besides getting you into massive amounts of debt. In all honesty I hate shopping at this location I've made it a point of shopping elsewhere but if I'm in a bind then I'll come to this one because it's closest to where I live.

Home depot's customer service sure isn't what it once was.

I come to this story frequently and it was my second home when remodeling. Always have what I need and conveniently located.

Milltown Home Depot is my favorite Home Depot store. People who works there, most of them are helpful and friendly.

If you need a Kitchen, go see Mary. She knows what she is doing, she is fast and will not waste your time.

SALES ASSOCIATES WERE PRESENT, RESPONSIVE and HELPFUL!! Also, the checkout process is smoother with faster registers and extremely easy for self checkout

The store was Neat and clean. I was directed exactly to the place I need to be to buy a water heater for my home. I had one of the professionals there instruct me on what type of water heater I should get and they even called 1 800 heaters to set up my appointment for the installation and got me a great price. I will highly recommend this store for this type of installation.

As I went to check out, I realized that my $100.00 gift card had fallen out of my pocket. I had been hobbling (due to an earlier fall) through the paint dept. trying to retract my steps. Associate Joanna asked me if I needed assistance. I had told Joanna that I had just come from the restroom. Joanna was so kind to run to the restroom for me and found my card. I am so thankful to Joanna. Not everyone is as honest! Wishing Joanna good karma!

I had a wonderful experience at the store. The shopping experience was streamlined as the store was neat and clean. All the products were easily accessible and easier to locate. Along with all of this, the staff was friendly and the overall shopping experience was quite pleasant. I would definitely recommend the Milltown, NJ Home Depot.
