Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have any Spring Deals in 2026?

Enjoy some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings cheerful sunshine. It's also a great time for organizing your home with the perfect storage, doing lawn and garden work outdoors, and setting up appliances indoors. Remember to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running only from 4/23 through 5/10. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Be certain your home is set for spring temperature shifts by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your home. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces. If moisture gets in the cracks, you might be looking at trouble. On the outside of your house, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that can let water leak inside. Keep gutters functional and clear to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're in poor condition.

What kinds of moving boxes do you have?

Pick up a variety of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you're searching for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with hurricanes, tornados, blizzards, severe thunderstorms, or strong winds, a portable generator lets you enjoy power after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, remember that inverter generators are more expensive than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

When is the May Kids Workshop?

Stop by for the Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. It's time to put together a keepsake box! Your little builder can assemble their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. Remember to leave plenty of time to decorate your box with stickers!
