By Far Best Home Depot in the RGV
I am not sure who your management team is, but they are very skilled in customer service time management and quality control of the items that you have on your shelves. Everybody is always willing to help, and they have the ability to answer questions without shrugging their shoulders, like some of the other stores do. I definitely drive a long way to come to the store, because they are always well stocked in comparison to the other stores in the valley kudos to your team there’s a gentleman there that runs a great crew. His first name is Javier super aware of where his product is.

Terrible Experience
I was looking for firewood. $6 pack. 350 on the website in stock. I went looking for “G2” - no such thing. Garden said they had no idea, sent me inside, customer service said no idea and called to a manager three times with no response. Told me to check grill area. Nothing there. Garden says if they aren’t in this aisle we don’t have them. If you’re missing over 3,000$ in merch, you have a problem. I stayed stubborn, eventually a fella in a wheelchair walked out to garden with me and I spotted the stack on the very top at the very far back. Multiple employees just told me they didn’t have them and shrugged saying they don’t know where they are.

Sad but True
Within the last 48 hours, I have been in and out of this store & spent over $500. The customer service left alot to be desired. The manager in charge of the Electrical Department had me following him around like a puppy dog and after about 35 minutes or so he finally said he couldn't do anything for me until the following day. As a result I had to drive at least 20 minutes on the highway to another Home Depot Location to get what I needed. Were it not for Crystal Hinojosa, an associate/ clerk who was extremely helpful to me on both days, I wouldn't have gone back today to buy a much needed drill . When I went in this afternoon, she recognized me and recalled I had spent a little over 2 hours there yesterday and 1 & 1/2 hrs earlier this morning.

Love my store
The team at Mission TX are wonderful, just did a MAJOR renovation to my home, they did extra to make sure my materials, supplies and appliances arrived on time which was a big savings to me. The folks at this store give great customer service which we all know is getting harder to find.
