Very poor customer service. Unhelpful and uninformed. New faces every time. Too long of a wait

The store has more variety for all that I need, home garden tools .

A big Thank You to Z, the store manager, for a HUGE mark down in price. This was for the great cause of helping my friend walk again. Thank You so much for helping the cause. I cant say Thank You enough my friend.

Found an associate fast and he helped me find and load all my purchases. Made my dreaded visit very pleasant.

Going on line to see if Home Depot carries a line of product and being shown that it does.... then going to the physical store location only to find out that the product is not carried in store makes me wonder why there is not notice on line that the product (or manufacturer of the product) is not carried in the physical store. Best to just call the store and inquire rather than waste your time only to find out the product is not available.

Good experience, will come back again. The associate was very helpful. Got a great deal on a saw.

Great place to shop for all my upgrades, always very clean, all the employees are very helpful and so nice. I enjoy going to shop for all our house-whole needs including cleaner, toilet paper, paper towels to insect repellents. Oh, and I can't wait till spring for all my gardening needs.

The associates were very helpful and I was satisfied with what they had available. I will be coming back pretty soon!

If you want some help from someone that knows the garden area, show up on the weekend in the morning and find the man with glasses. He knows gardens, was very helpful, patient and always willing to help.

My recommendation for this store as a "yes" is with hesitation, simply because you may hit it on a day when sales associates abound (some even casually strolling, chatting together), or on a day when you are scanning the aisles to find an available associate. Then if the sales associate is knowledgeable enough to answer your question, you are fortunate. I wish management would encourage employees to say, "I don't know, let me find someone who knows the answer" rather than give misinformation. I frequent this store enough to know who to, and who not to, ask for assistance. I've always found the store to be strangely organized, I often visit and an item will not be in stock, as was the situation with my most recent visit. If it weren't for the convenience, and the roughly ten exceptional associates, I would go to the other big box store up the road.

Jeremy helped me at the Pro Desk when I had issues with windows. He went out of his way to assist me and helped me get a great deal, also saw to it that I got help loading the large window. He's a real asset to the Modesto store!

We were shopping for a ceiling fan and a bathroom fixture. The associate that we asked to help us was very helpful.

Every time I need to go to Home Depot the cashier's are very helpful and knowledgeable with the products and always willing to help.

I love this home depot all the workers are great at helping never rude and they always pull through and help all the time.

Easy for me to find what I needed and even got some helpful advice.

Found a great deal on a body length mirror for my daughter. Everywhere else 100.00 at Home Depot 49.99 and the associates there were very helpful to me, thanks so much Art for helping me figure out how to get it in my car!

Karen Sternick was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as we shopped for refrigerators. Her knowledge made me aware of much more than I had previously considered when we began our refrigerator journey! She is an absolute professional! Home Depot is lucky to have her!

Although it took me some time to get help in the roller shades department, once I got the help, I was extremely pleased with the service! The two Associates that served me were both were attentive, professional, anxious to help and more than polite. This was a very positive experience.

The laddy at flooring specialist was very nice and friendly help us a lot. She such a nice Latina lady.

Plenty of wood stains available!!Plus they got nice wood trim for little project's also.
