I PURCHASED A STOVE PRIOR TO A HOLIDAY/FAMILY DINNER. IT WAS TO BE DELIVERED ON 11/29/2018. WE WAITED FOR THE DELIVERY COURTESY CALL, BUT NEVER RECEIVED ONE. I CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY PURCHASE. AFTER DRIVING DOWN TO THE STORE AND SHOWING MY RECEIPT, I WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 7 TO 10 DAY FOR DELIVERY. THIS HAS CAUSED ME TO CANCEL MY HOLIDAY/FAMILY DINNER. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN ACCOMMODATE ME FOR AN EARLIER DELIVERY DATE EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID CASH FOR MY ORDER. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT.

I was having a bad with an employee who was being very rude and unhelpful when Karen stepped in and gave me excellent service they should take her example of professionalism, just because you have a bad experience with one customer doesn't mean you should take it out on others who need help and are loyal customers.

Erica in Appliances at your Modesto store is Tha Bomb!!! We are incredibly grateful to her for patiently guiding us through the process of buying our kitchen appliances as well as the washer and dryer. Her knowledge and experience of brands, pricing, and features really aided us in making this large purchase. Congrats on hiring this amazing employee, Modesto Home Depot!!

Went to store for return a wrong size PVC pipe and purchased another size and then to Garden Dept to get some mulch Spoke with a cashier by the name of Joriet who so very nice and helpful. She was a pleasure to deal with and also asked if I wanted to qualify for a 25.00 coupon that would help me with my purchased. What a nice example she makes for all employers everywhere when it come to customer service to have on staff..

According to My opinion I believe the particular Home Depot store by the store #6601 to be of high Excellency. God bless America.

Home Depot in Modesto has helped on more than one occasion. The expertise from John in Garden to Karen at the registers makes my life easier. I have bought many tools and supplies and Home Depot has great prices. They also have very knowledgeable, capable and helpful employees. Thank you Home Depot.

I'm electrician for residential they have everything I need

Karen Sternick is an outstanding employee!!! She gave my parents and I excellent customer service. Karen was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient. She went the extra mile to make sure I left happy with the appliance that was right for my needs.

When you can go to a store for a project, find what you need , pay a reasonable price AND get a smile from the service assistants what else do you need?

The cashier was overly rude. Very unpleasant.

First of all the sales associates are very friendly greeting your with a smile and helping you find what you need that makes about 90% of your trip worthwhile right there but the values of the store at the way it's laid out the cleanliness is the icing on the cake

Monica in customer service went above and beyond and I've never had such excellent customer service before in my life . I was upset over a situation that happened from a lawnmower I purchased less than 5 months ago and I was never going to go to Home Depot again and I left feeling the opposite thanks to her .

Tega is very helpful at the service desk. She will go out of her way to help you find what you need. She was very friendly.

Did an return with receipt Was told couldn't get store credit for a return, which I wanted since I was going to purchase new items at the store, and it had to go back on the card used, which was a gift card. Went to pay for new items and gift card doesn't have enough funds since the return hadn't processed through. Think it's crazy you cant get store credit when you request it.

Staff change and not very qualified people working in here. Some have no foggey clue about the products available in the store . I am a general contractor and my customers are always frustrated visiting this store. Due to the monopoly this company has we don’t have many choices , I hope something is to be done.

To our surprise on our last visit to Home Depot, we were not able to find what we were looking for even with the help of a salesperson they just didn’t have what we wanted, as we were checking out (I guess the cashier must have heard us as we were on a hunt with the other salesman) my husband was paying and she said I gave you a refund on your receipt because you couldn’t find what you were looking for. I really thought she was kidding but when we got to the car sure as heck she had given us a refund. Now that’s customer service AAA.

This is a happy bunch and it gets so hot in the store and they just keep smiling . They always have everything I want and the store is spotless.

Janeen Harrison helped us with our kitchen project. She was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely friendly. If any of our family or neighbors seek a recommendation from us, we will loan them Janeen's card. They can't keep it, because we want to.

Lady working in paint department was very helpful and explained why we didn’t need a tint in the primer. She was very knowledgeable. Thank you.
