Anything that I need, I go to HomeDepot at MonteHiedra and 95% I do find my needs, Employees al vey helpful and friendly.

Orlando from the monthiedra store is an excellemt employee and provides me an excellent cuatomer service

This store usually has the stuff you need in stock opposed to other Home Depots in 100 mile radius. Also for some reason I have always been able to find an employee able to help as opposed to other HD/Hardware stores around.

The employee Ricardo Roura gave me an excellent treatment. He helped me with everything I needed to buy to do my floors and for my bathroom remodel

But I found more variety, options, inventory and rental tools at the stores of Carolina & Caguas which are my favorite on that. The Costumer Service is GREAT at Montehiedra but not the store organization and alternatives to buy.

This store did not match online prices, I think that’s totally unacceptable

I gave my store credit to the cashier with $29.01 Store Credit to add a new credit for $58.50 for a total of $87.51 She gave me back my ID and the receipt. But not the card with store credit xxxx2624 I searched on all the halls I walked but I did not found the card. Always I get the store credit (card) I put it in my wallet. I am very positive that she did not gave me the store credit card back. She also said she marked the balance in the card. I don't remember having that card in my hand.
