Very friendly and helpfull staff

The Store have a good location is very clean all the employees have knowledge of the inventory and other options to buy.

Excellent location, good lighting and excellent display of goods. The only problem experienced was the lack of knowledge of where to locate the product I was looking for. It took three trys.

Ii FOUND THE PRODUCT I WAS LOOKING FOR WITH THE HELP,OF THE EMPLOYEE..ALL THE SORROUNDING WERE VERY CLEAN.

These stores have a lot of inventory and square foot, management always try to remediate the associates false due to lack of supervisions. The line between supervisors and associates is almost none and that makes a bad experience to the customer and burden to management. I went to buy two gallons of paint for floor, one pint for counter and a couple of roles. Of the one hour and twenty minutes in the store one hour was waste in the paint counter waiting for an employee to prepare the paint, not the gallons those were ready to use. Now that hour is not because they were too busy with customers but because only one mature guy was really busy while the other young ones were not fast or efficiency, they were in no hurry. Specially one of the employees a young lady that was more interest in taking about personal stuff all around than attending customers. She spent more time talking and interrupting other busy and low employees that talking to or attending customers. In the one hour I waste in that painting counter she attended two customers. One to prepare a gallon and paint, yes I was one of her customer. Imaging my frustration. Too make matter worst when I ask her if I could have the pint in white color she said no that only can have those color that were in the box color chart.Too add to my frustration when i got home and look up at the rustoleum website, is specify that that white was available only to use the base as it. Now i have to go back and return the product and waist more time. My frustration is more intense with this store since i have bought before other goods in it and always management have to resolve because employees cannot delivery. Good Luck...

The service is excellent. Very attentive staff. But the inventory of rigid tools and especially the polisher not I have weeks to get it in shops trying to buy it. NOT what there is
