Went to Lowe’s first and not one persons offered to help! Left and went straight to Home Depot! The employees at Home Depot we encountered went above and beyond to assist us! it was a pleasant shopping experience!

Every time I come to this location the costumer service I receive from Amanda is awesome she is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help me with my needs.

This store has the most wonderful customer service! They go over and above!

Had to ask for assistance twice. The first time they said they would have someone to assist, 10 mins later had to ask again. Employees were busy slurping on soda and eating while “helping” me. Same employee I ask for assistance the first time, checked me out and I informed her and displayed my tax free card…she failed to apply it and I did not catch it until I got home. Very unprofessional service and lack of pride in work. I will not be back to this store.

I love going to home depot because everyone is so helpful and caring. They go out of their way to help you find everything you need.

When compared to other big box stores, we are always pleasantly surprised at the level of Customer service we experience at the Moore Oklahoma HD.

Mr. Mike Boswell is an great attribute to the Home Depot store in Moore. his knowledge and personable attitude greeting all customers with the positive family style attitude. being willing to listen to the customers and help find the solution to their quest in plumbing. most often knowing the VIN number location of the item in their search.

The employees are always helpful. I shop other stores but the employees do not know their products as well. Also most other stores do not help like HomeDepot.

Every time I have visited this Home Depot in Moore, I am always amazed at how friendly the employees are. They really work hard to help see that your needs are met. They are knowledgeable and always explain the process to make everything go efficiently and quickly.

Associate Brian Mark was very helpful.

If you need help finding anything in the store, ask an employee here and you get answers. Not only do they know where products are the majority know how and what they are used for. I was impressed with the can do attitude displayed by these employees

The lights I found I just right for our front yard. Ideal gift for family member.

As an older lady I may have questions when going to Home Depot and the workers I encounter are always very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the finest stores, especially during these times of lack of inventory and service. Home Depot has held the line and maintained both.

I bought a 7.5 Ft unlit tree and it’s very nice for the price I’m very satisfied with this product.

I shop at the Moore Home Depot because the shelves are well stocked, the sales folk are knowledgeable and courteous, and the check out staff is friendly and quick.

After a long day at work I went into Home Depot to get items for a home project. I was greeted immediately and offered help. I needed some wood products but needed them cut. They help was very efficient and I was out of there in a few minutes. Very professional and friendly.

Andre and Ben were fabulous. They went out of their way to help me- way over and above expectations

2 simple purchases, 2 doors and bathroom counter had outstanding customer service until I went to check out at front desk. I spent maybe 30 min between both appts and then spent almost 2 hrs trying to check out as computers kept freezing in checkout, restarted numerous times, then I had a small $30 balance due later and that was an act of congress, 3 phone calls and almost a week later for someone's computer to stay up long enough to process payment. I love the people and their caring nature but these computers really bring this good experience down to unacceptable.

This store's employees are always there to assist you whether it is where an item is or helping you get a handicap cart. I love this store and their employees!

If you need any kind of paint related help, Sheila is the person to go to! It was our first time at the store and she made the experience a little less overwhelming. She had all the helpful tips and tricks to get the job done and was so kind/patient. We love Sheila!

The Home Depot store in Moore has some of the best employees ever. Friendly customer service is what shopping is about. I couldn't ask for a better experience, that's why I shop there for my needs.
