just 15 months after HD installed my countertops the inner corners started to crack. since the installation was only for one year, they offered no assistance in help with repairs. for years i was a shareholder and loyal customer.

Home Depot is our favorite home improvement store! It is usually pretty easy to find what we are needing, of course, we have shopped this store for years. But if we can’t, someone is always quick to see our need and help.Store is always clean & organized. Our last big purchase was just what we were looking for… more room in our bathroom (all items in pic from Home Depot)

So far everything has been good

I had 5 employees helping me with an installation problem including the store manager. Jason, Don, Steve, Scott, and Jen. Ultimately the store manager had a suggestion that made sense and worked just fine. Can't say enough about the great people at Home Depot in Mt. Pleasant,MI.

I bought an echo change on 18 inch Because I know that echo is a good product

I shop at Home Depot multiple times a week and almost every week of the year because I run a Handyman business. I like HD better than the other local box stores, and I'd give a better rating if it wasn't for their In-store walking Kitchen Sales People "Have you heard what HD is doing for free" is there opening line. I shop there ALOT, but the sales people keep stopping me and trying to get me interested in a kitchen remodel. After stopping me Many, Many times... they start recognizing me and stop asking, but about that time they get a new sales person and it all starts again. I'm really tired of it. Please leave contractors alone!!! I wouldn't be surprised if I have been stopped a dozen times with the current sales person and he still doesn't recognize me... so frustrating when I'm in there to quick buy supplies and get back to my customers.

helpfull , kind , demonstrate the attitude of caring the employees

A 94 some coworkers and I went in to buy a drill package that they had advertised. The internet location for that store so that they had five of the product in store. When we got there and was looking for the product, an employee come up and pulled out her phone thing that said they had five of that product in the store. They could not find any of those products in the store. I had to order my product off the internet and am still waiting to receive it.

Donald Shock was great to work with, made sure all measurements for our door were accurate, returned calls quickly.
