Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have any Spring Deals in 2026?

Another big spring sale is here, so get ready to save. Whether you're doing spring cleaning and repairs with the latest tools or upgrading your home with new appliances, we've got what you need. Remember to check out our patio furniture, grills and lawn and garden bargains, too. Get great Spring Deals from 4/23/26 through 5/10/26 and enjoy your new products all year long.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?

Be certain your home is ready for wild temperature swings by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. On your home's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that could let water in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent ice dams if you're still prone to ice storms and snow. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture freezes in the cracks, you might be looking at trouble.

What kinds of moving boxes do you have?

Make storage or moving easier by picking up a variety of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Is it good to have a generator at home?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for whatever circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with severe thunderstorms or tornados, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When browsing generators for sale, remember that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.

Why should I get a doorbell camera?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.

What's the project at the May Home Depot Kids Workshop?

Head to our Kids Workshop to encourage future craftspeople! Give your children a taste of the joy of building with this keepsake box. Constructing a trinket box with a sliding lid is a great way to sharpen fine motor skills, creativity, and listening abilities. This cute kids' project is happening on 5/2/26, from 9–12 noon or while supplies last.
