Mark Shurlow and his team are always wonderful to work with! As an Executive Director of a non-profit agency, every dollar counts. When we needs supplies or large ticket items this Home Depot is where we go! We know we will be given the best price, great service and support.

Very neat and well organized store. Sales Associates are all friendly, eager and willing to help when needed, and the self check out option was fast and easy. I look forward to doing future business at this location as well as the Home Depot located in Midland.

We visited the Home Deport today, and the Cashier Supervisor very professional, courteous and went beyond expectations by ensuring we got what we came for at sale price.

My wife and I were shopping for an appliance suite. We have a home that was built in the 1930's, so we had to navigate some interesting spaces for our appliances. The staff was wonderful. Never pushy or hovering over our shoulders. Mark, the manager, quickly greeted us and introduced us to Brittney, the Appliance Specialist. Brittney was able to answer any questions we could throw at her, as well as help us come up with as many options as possible, given our limited space for a refrigerator. Brittney was great at following up with us, which is something you don't typically see from retail environments (from my experience at least). We finally landed on an appliance suite and couldn't be happier with the process. Towards the end of our purchase, Mark (manager), even stopped by to make sure everyone was happy. Hats off to Brittney and Mark. They made this a great experience for us and we would (and will) suggest for anyone that's on the market for an appliance, or several, to visit Brittney and Mark. Thanks!

Excellent customer service. Tyler was very helpful assisting us today. Chase and Mark were also very nice and made sure we were well taken care of today.

Employees there approach you and keep asking if I need assistance. Also directly take me to the location. She seem to enjoy there work there and are friendly.

Employees were rude and obnoxious. I won't return to this particular store. The only curtious employee was the cashier.

I really like that the staff at Home Depot will cut your boards down to size, if need be. Other lumber stores won't do that. I do wish they had the ENTER & EXIT doors in the same location, because sometimes it doesn't make sense to go all the way to the other end of the building to enter when the item you're shopping for is down near the EXIT doors.

Store is well stocked and has excellent employees to help me quickly find things I need. They are also awesome at answering any questions I have and offering suggestions of how to do something better than what I was thinking. Connie was very good at helping me the other day.

We are always well pleased with the Mt Pleasant store. Very pleasant employees who are knowledgeable in their areas and if they can’t answer a specific question, they will quickly find someone for you who can. Connie at that store was extremely helpful to us

Store was clean and well stocked. During my visit I had interaction with three different employees. All of whom were friendly and helpful. The staff in Mt. Pleasant are well trained and knowledgeable.

Debbie in Paint is very good. Helpful and informative.

Mark (store manager) is excellent. He is on the sales floor and engaged with both employees and customers. Very unusual in a big box store where manager is usually invisible. Deb in paint very helpful. Lisa at the garden register is excellent, friendly. Mt. Pleasant is a very unfriendly community overall. great to see people like Lisa and Erma being friendly.

When you have an older house, there are always projects to do. We have so much fun shopping at Home Depot. And I am pretty happy with the prices on most everything!

THIS STORE IS A GREAT PLACE TO GET EVERY THING ONE NEEDS TO DO HOME REPAIR OR TO LANDSCAPE.

This store always has just what I need. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The service desk is very prompt on returns with the latest technology to help facilitate a fast return with no hassle!

This Home Depot is pretty comparable to other HD locations. The store is generally clean. The employees are generally friendly. The associates in the Paint department are consistently helpful and fast. The cashiers are competent and almost always very friendly. The one large sticking point stopping me from giving the store a four or five star rating is the wood cutting service. Like most HD stores, this branch offers a variety of wood cutting services to customers, if you buy wood. This is a great thing, as it is very difficult to cut 4 x 8 boards on a consumer table saw at home. The problem is at this HD location it's always a huge hassle to try to find someone to cut the wood. The wait times for this are very long, every time. At other HD locations, there is a button for customers to press when they need cutting services. There is no such button at this location. This is the single complaint I have about the store, but it is significant to me. Please either fix your Cutting service, or just stop offering it.
