I love my local Home Depot everyone is very helpful and friendly and help me with what I was looking for

the associate was very gently.

Floor assistance is lacking. On October 11th at 715 am, after waiting 15 minutes in the plumbing section I used the ladder to get the item from the top shelve.

They are selling a Ryobi sander and did not have additional sandpaper to use with that sander.

Waited over 30 minutes for a salesperson and they never showed up and when I told the cashier she said there’s nothing I can do about that

The employees at this Brownsville Home Depot store are always on their A game!!!! Always available to lend a helping hand and offer friendly advice.

Everyone there is friendly and clean. Always ready to assist the costumer. they help me to get what I need and explain me how to use my item.

Could not get someone to help me in lumber. Called for a manager and nowhere to be found.

What ever project you're doing you can't go wrong going to this Home Depot.

Was shopping for a ladder. Ladder section was cluttered with carts and dollies. I had difficulty getting to the ladder I wanted due to a large flat dolly. Two store employees, on a female and the other a male wearing no store vest or name tag were next to me. Never offered to help, though I was struggling. The female, I believe to be a manager of some sort, even commented on trip hazards to the male. After getting the bulky ladder off the shelf and into the cart I thanked them for not helping. This Home Depot had recently gotten so much better at customer service than the nearby Lowes, now they are at the same level. Terrible....more interested in the sale than the customer.

Store was very clean.service was great.employees very friendly. Everything was needly organized.

I love to shop at home depot, i just dont like that i go in for a simple thing and end up buying a lot more than i planned, but thats just me, lol

This Home Depot store has the best employees. Always available to help their customers with advice, recommendations or just to carry something for you.

Staff are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. With their help I found product I was looking for easily.

Overall, this is a good Home Depot Store. It is a litlle more compact, so you don't have to walk as much. If you are able to get help in plumbing or electrical, things go well. If not, you will be looking for a long time. The Harlingen Home Depot saw I had a lot of things and they put them on a more suitable cart. They have employees in every department to help. You may not get that much help here. It's more like a cash and carry.

Employees in the Appliance Department do not understand what they are selling. I was told that my new dryer that I purchased could be converted to propane. It was delivered only to find that that the sales representative did not know how to get it converted. I googled it and found the part and ordered myself. Also the day of purchase a sale was running for EnergyStar appliances. She told me that promotion did not apply to my EnergyStar appliances even though I pulled the advertisement on my phone to show. There was also information when walking in that stated exactly what was no sale. I finally had to have a manager credit me back the difference. When trying to call in you are put on hold for a very long time. Will never again step foot into a Home Depot.

Great service

when looking for something i don't waste time I just ask the first employee i see and it never fails they walk to the area i need and save me time wandering around on my own, can't say that about that other store i don't shop at any more.

Nobody helps you. One of the guy employees was very rude. And the restrooms were a mess. Toilet paper all over the floor.
