I had no problem finding the items needed to complete my repair and the assistance I received made it all that much expedient.

Found what I needed but it took me a while. Once an associate was available I was able to find the item and buy it. I used the self checkout and I was done in less than a minute.

Store was clean, the associate was courteous, she was very helpful, and I like shopping there.

I did not have any problem looking for the material needed, at a very good price and available.

N Brownsville Tx store had a hard to find pair of coach lamps for outdoors. frances took the time to check stock, pull them and held them until I arrived to pick them up, something some stores fail to help with, although it should be part of customer service, but thank you again!

An associate offered to help without me asking he saw me looking for what I needed and he took me to the isle were I could find it

The Store needs to hire more Employees, when ever I requested help, they always short and can't find someone available to help. To help you load they are also short, I have asked to help load Cement. After waiting 10-15 minutes I just loaded myself.

I am retired and my wife and I bought our house on Hwy 281 in Brownsville about 11 years ago. Since then I have been at the minimum a weekly shopper and often a tri-weekly shopper at Homedepot. As a result our home has tripled in value. I offer this information largely because I have come to know many of the employees and have in the past acknowledged some who are not only very professional, but really seem to enjoy working with the customers and getting involved. I have stood in line watched the people handling skills of cashiers Francisco Pere and Maria. They don’t act like employees just doing a good job, but to the customers in front of me they seem like old friends that are honestly concerned that you are well taken care of with thousands of unnoticed and unthanked gestures of kindness. There was a little bit of clutter in the aisle where we were shopping for a jigsaw but the employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Every time I need something to remodel my home or daycare, I don't think of going no where but Home depot. I have been buying shopping at home depot for many years. I don't see myself sopping else where. When I go to home depot I have found everything I need for example doors, tile, paint everything, anything I need it is at home depot from roofing to kitchen, restrooms pluming, electrical I know that home depot is the store for me I wouldn't shop no where else home depot is my store for every thing.

We had to visit several departments. Omar Martinez of Kitchen Appliances happened to be the first associate we met. He took us everywhere and knew the merchandise everywhere, we shopped efficiently and his knowledge of each department allowed us to decide which option was best for our needs in every department we shopped

I found this store, as well as all Home Depot locations, familiar in layout, with fair access to associate helpfulness and always cashier amiability. It is my primary source for construction and maintenance supplies. I fully recommend this store.

Went to Home Depot #6984 Brownsville Tx., to take an Power Mate Edger that I had purchased on-line that I was having problems with. Mario from the Repair Department was very Professional and very helpful in fixing this Item.I am very satisfy in the work he did and very pleased. Thank You.

I think of going to Home Depot as a chore because I pictured spending our time looking for a sales associate all over the store. But, we were painting our house and making the trip was a must. To my surprise this turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The young man at the paint department was very friendly and witty. He hustled to get everything we needed and while he was mixing our paint, he was carrying on a conversation with us. We never once looked at our watches. We were very pleased with the color of our paint and especially the customer service.

I went in right before closing time on a Sunday. The employees were very friendly and helpful!
