Three different deliveries and all were damaged

I was assisted by Laila Houston in Appliances. She initially helped me narrow down my choices of items for purchase taking an hour of not more time to answer my questions and review options with me on an earlier visit. I returned yesterday 8/26 to finalize my purchase. She is/ was very knowledgeable about the products and a joy to work with. I will recommend anyone looking to purchase appliances to her.

This store has customer service as it should be. A pleasure to shop there. Every employee was very helpful, but a special thanks to AK and Jr.

Bought a fridge for the house and AK was a great help in making my selection

I couldn’t find where the plumbing section was because I wanted a new no slam toilet lid. I found the first Home Depot associate and she took me right to where it was located. After taking me there the Home Depot associate then asked me about the age of my air conditioner. She then asked me who services my air conditioner. As a salesperson myself I saw this as a natural progression and made me listen to what she was trying to convey. I took the information as it was nice to have one company that Home Depot supports take care of my air conditioner. Great job!

Waiting 1 hrs and 30 minutes for my order talking to 6 persons and they said one thing and makes me move my truck 4 times because they don’t know how to get my order please help customer service team is very bad. One lady in the construction are she call 4 time for any OM never showed up to the register area. Willobrook Homedepot is horrible look like they don’t want to work there.

I had a great experience thanks to AK! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all my questions about the appliance I was looking for. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated his excellent customer service. Highly recommend AK if you're shopping at Home Depot!

The coupon in the packages of water filters would not scan. The associate apologized, tried to get help. When advised they had no way of processing the coupon, the associate gave the coupon's discount manually.

I have bought appliances from The Home Depot and have been very satisfied, but most of the time it's, paint, nails, something for Christmas or a light bulb. The thing is, I know where to go when I need somethin for home repairs or just for the home.

Dude with yellow tinted glasses is worthless. Name is Jr I believe, thinks he's a cartel member.

I went in and was immediately greeted. The isle I went down had two employees and both were ready to help me. The check out person was eager to help me check out and the experience was awesome. Will definitely shop here again.

I was finally greeted by someone to ask me that I need any help. It felt good instead of me having to go around looking for someone to assist me in knowledge for what I am shopping for in home Depot keep up the good work.

Had to return a defective led lightbulb, went to the returns counter with my receipt and the bad bulb. The young lady processed my return for $10.70 and handed me a receipt, later that day I received a message from my bank indicating the transaction could not be processed due to an invalid expiration date provided for my debit card. I did not use my debit card during the return process. Not sure what is going on here but something smells, now I have to go all the way back to the store to get this matter resolved. Not HAPPY NOR SATISFIED with Home Depot at all!!!

Several Team Members goofing off and poor attitude. Lady that helped with the self check out (since the "only non-self check out was packed") looked like she wanted to kill herself. Just overall sad experience.

I needed help in the plumbing area locating a sewer cap. I requested help from customer service and no one showed up. I waited over 20- minutes. This store has poor customer service overall. It is closest to my home; therefore I keep trying to give them my business, but this is not the first time I receive poor service.

I ordered a refrigerator Nov 10. It was to be delivered on Nov13. It was not. It was scammed and taken by the delivery people. I complained to support people. I was told a refrigerator will be delivered Nov 18. How do Home depot people vet delivery people?

Been shopping here for years and store hasn't let me down yet. People are great and products live up to their names.

I love this store; although I hope for the day when that construction will be finished. I’m sure the employees aren’t thrilled about it either. But all of the staff at 6838 are friendly, professional and deserve a raise!!

This store is convenient to my home and always carry’s the stock that I need. The staff are helpful and the store is well maintained.

All employees are respectful and knowledgeable have a good experience every time and I'm here everyday.

These ladies and gentlemen took really good care of me!

We went last night to shop for some items and it wasn't that late and about 50% of the aisles were closed with the gates. Most of them had no employees working them. Other aisles were blocked with wooden crates. The overhead lights were out and the garden area where the garden hoses are and it was getting dusk. I felt like as a customer I was imposing. All the employees were busy bringing items out to stock. That's fine but literally from one end of the store to the other. This is not an exaggeration.

The cashier sales associate working in the garden department in 98 degrees had the most helpful knowledge of customer service than the indoor sales people at the other box stores.

On a recent visit to The Home Depot (Eldridge) location, JR explained and enrolled me in the Pro Xtra member program. He was knowledgeable, friendly and made my experience enjoyable.

Trying to check out with the self checkouts, but found all of them only take credit card, if one is paying in cash one has to go stand in some very long lines at the pro desk. This was not the first time that the self checkouts only take cards, but this time I asked to speak to a manager, Aronn, he was rude and barley made time to listen to me. Most of the managers in this store are very rude. When one is lucky to find a manager, be prepared to only have 20 seconds with them. An the store manager never comes out of the whole she hides in. Equipment failures in multiple places in the store. No one knows how to cut wire or thread pipes or cut carpet, its a good thing those machines never work or have a employee that knows how to use them. Epic Failure
