lumber isle has customer returns and overstock sitting in the isle making it cluttered

The employees at this store was very helpful They were courteous and professional.

My wife and I always shop at the Willowbrook Home Depot for all our needs from the garden department to power tools, to lighting, doors and windows, nuts and bolts. Each time we shop there someone is ready to help us find what we need and if they do not have what is needed they have the knowledge to tell where we can find it. Every employee we have been in contact with has been most helpful and gone above and beyond their duty to help us. We have been shopping there for over 20 years and will continue going to Home Depot at Willowbrook.

Omg..... Before going in call and make sure the products are available at the store. Although I had an experience, Jennifer made my experience grand. That's what I call customer service. I had a huge attitude, out of frustration and she was so friendly and helpful not with just the product that was not there but for everything I came in for. And the guy in the paint department is wonderful as well. He knows his paint. I enjoy the customer service experience at this store. They have a lifetime customer. Hands down.

Thought I'd check the prices at Sears on the way just to shorten my errand but found the product about 45% cheaper at HD.............glad I took the time to get there.

My husband and I met a man in the home appliance section at our preferred Home Depot and were so very blessed by the high level of customer service and how kind he was!

I am in this store ALOT. I own rental properties and last year I flipped a house, so there was a two month period I was in this store daily. The paint guys are exceptional. I have worked with them so much that I usually stop in just to say "hi" even when I'm there for something else. My only bad experiences have been when I couldn't find an associate to help me and at customer service. Most associates in this store are very helpful, but I think they could use some more knowledgable, customer service driven individuals. I have remained very loyal to Home Depot and have the Home Depot credit card. I can't believe only yesterday, I learned about the 5% discount given when you use the card. But the cashier yesterday told me that I need to always remind the cashiers about the discount. I can't even begin to add up the amount of money I have put on other cash back credit cards at Home Depot over the last few years. If I had known about this discount, I would have used my Home Depot card for all of them. Seven months ago, I got a Lowe's card for the 5% discount, and even asked customer service at HD if they did the same thing. I was told "no". So I would be really interested to know how long this discount has been offered and why current card holders were not notified?

This store is always easy to navigate, but what I enjoy most, is discovering new stuff I knew nothing about. Some items make me laugh, others make me question the sanity of the creator. I typically shop at this particular store because of its proximity to my house, though there are others best by. This store has always had people working who would drop what they're doing to assist you. This is what keeps me coming back.m

we were looking for prices on various items..and we will continue to do so..we are first time home buyers looking to improve our home

We were shopping for a GE range and we had a great associate that was able to match price. We were in and out within 30 minutes.

I've shopped many a HD store. This one has it good. Customer service is pretty friendly. Will return upon the opportunity.

People here have more knowledge and experience than in many other Home Depots.

The store was clean and products were easy to find. The flooring area was very knowledgable of their manufacturer's products.

Every time I come to this store is a men's store. I feel like home. Everything in here is for men stuff. Tools, lumber, electrical, bbq pit, bricks , garden ...and more. Sometimes associates are so busy, I understand that, but I am at home I can manage my self where to go and find what I needed. Maybe that is why they call it HOME depot...

Store was clean, staff friendly, & helpful. Product was easy to find & available.

The parking spots were big the wheel carts were avalible at the entrance the product was there and the staff was helpful all was well I will be returning again to the home depot in the future thanks.

I have shopped at Home Depot for almost thirty some years and I prefer it than going to the grocery store. You have so many nice items for home improvement projects.

This store was very clean, very organized and user friendly. I was assisted by more than one associate who was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. I was directed to another Home Depot that had the selection of items that I needed. I am very pleased with the service that was rendered during my visit to Home Depot.

Took my GrandBaby to find scarey stuff. We got a witch & a lot of "hard to find" things. Kudos Homedepot. While there we also got our light bulbs, laundry soap, an a new plant.

Went to find a 8,000 BTU Air unit. Was surprised to find a 12,000 BTU, on sale at a low low price. Considering that I save 1-150$, I decided to use what I saved. Again finding a canopy on sale at 1/2 price.

Great shopping experience , the location is good and the prices are low!

Easy to locate what you need, cleanliness of the store. Friendly.
