Very nice clean and organized store. I would recommend it highly.

The employees were very pleasant (happy), attitudes made it a very nice shopping experience. Several employees passed us and each asked if they could help us find what we were looking for. Our every Sunday Hardware Store trip was very nice, all we needed was a table clothe and dinner.

I was using the self check out, using ten $50 gift cards which I had bought at our local Vons market. After scanning the merchandise and the gift cards, we discovered that the market hadn't activated one of the gift cards. I was having a melt down trying to figure out what had happened. The cashier overseeing the self check out stands, Luz, came to our rescue. She quickly figured out what the problem was and backed out the entire order in order to start anew. With her help we were able to figure out which card hadn't been activated and were on our way. Thank you Luz for GREAT customer service, I wish there were more like you!

Damia went out of her way to ring me up at the returns desk, noticing that I had walked in that door and I only came for one item, saving me the hassle of having to walk all the way to the cashiers. She was also cleaning as she was ringing me up, very efficient.

Kaye was a very friendly cashier unlike some we have dealt with before at HD store, it has to be a good day to patronize Home depots because customer service is not always on par especially when they walk by you with no eye contact or turn away and hide themselves.

The man who took the time to help me was patient, friendly, and helped me find what I wanted.

I needed self-drilling, self, tapping screws, long enough to attach a 2-by piece of lumber to the metal ribs in a metal building. They were 69 cents each at my local hardware. I got about 40 of them for 7 dollars at Home Depot 25 miles away. While I like to support my local hardware store, this purchase made sense to spend the gas and buy it at Home Depot. Clerk was helpful in pointing out the hardware I needed in the large selection at HD.
