The store was well staff and everyone was pleasant and helpful. The department supervisor Joey went above and beyond to get to our product that was buried under a time of boxes.

If you are looking for flooring, ask for Virginia Mayo. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We placed a large order of Montauk slate and she guided us through the process with cheerfulness efficiency. She’s a rock star!

The best Home Depot, the best costumer service

I recently had a wonderful experience at Home Depot thanks to an employee named Miss April. Her positive and friendly attitude left a lasting impression on both me and my young daughter. Not only did Miss April provide exceptional customer service, but she also went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. Miss April's positive and helpful attitude made our visit to Home Depot an enjoyable one. Cashier Shellan doesn’t belong in customer service

I been a pro at the Home Depot and as a customer I’m a witness how the customer service department is very advocate and supportive, Sunny ,yanajeah,Emily and Medalin Vazquez are the best customer service , they always smile and are very supportive

The employees are very kind and they are doing a very good job

My girlfriend and I were building a desk leaf and needed some help from the staff to locate different items and get lumber cut to measure. Not many wants to help . The ones who wants to help are also incapable or very very slow . Compare Pembroke store this place really sucks..

Everyone I came across looked very busy and polite. We got everything we needed, we were not bothered by anyone of the employees. The parking lot was very dirty. Lots of trash on the ground. Doesn’t make me feel happy to get out and go into the store, but other than that they have everything you would need.

When shopping the employees were right their to help fine what you needed plus very informative. They were above and beyond helpful. Home Depot is my number one store to shop prices are below other store and the service is outstanding

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a pricing error when we reached the register, and the cashier adjusted the amount with no issues. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

If you want your order done professionally and correctly, then make sure to see Mr. Brian Anderson in Millwork at the N. Hollywood, FL store. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I was very impressed with Brian's work ethic. He is a true HD hero :)

The flooring department was very helpful today.

some people are helpful but they have a big problem with delivery times, for example, when you go to buy a pallet of concrete it can take more than an hour just waiting for the product to be delivered to you in the trailer or van

This location is putting up an effort in their service, honestly you can sense and experience they are committed to their customer!! keep on !!!

O’Desha in the paint department went out of her way to fix our $700 problem and she found the solution!

I am happy to go into this store

I am handicapped and can’t walk far. I found no electric cards available. A employee, Verlyn, offered to postpone her lunch break to help me. She walked to several departments in the store and gathered my shopping items and then helped me check out. On top of that , she refused my offer of a gratuity for her spectacular service

The store has great machines to use for convenience service

This is the best store for getting help. I will drive farther to go to this store. If you need help with windows or doors, go see Tyrone. He will give you the help you hope to receive when looking for windows and/or doors.

I have shopped at other hardware store this store is way better
