I had a great experience with my flooring project at the Oakwood location. The prices and the quality of their products (plus the terms and conditions of their warranties) were exactly what I was looking for. Virginia in Flooring was there to help me from beginning to end. She was super knowledgeable with a ton of patience and helpful recommendations. Thanks to employees like here I will shop at this location again.

If you come to Home Depot expect to have long lines at checkout this means that if you're going to buy something small it's going to cost you not just money but your time

Picking up some 2x4's and needed some cuts made. Asked a staff member if he could send someone over to make the cuts for me. The guy sent Shakari (hope I'm spelling his name right) over to assist me and I was in and out before I knew it. Shakari was professional, courteous, good attention to detail and took care of me right away.

Bought this a few days ago. Love the appearance in my diningroom.

I bought patio furniture a table with four chairs and a bench very nice, modern and excellent price.(have 50% discount) I always like to go through the store, they have good quality products and good prices. I like the presentation for the Holiday season. good products.

The Manager was on the floor walking around and greeting people and even had an employee grab a cart for a lady with her hands full. It was very nice to see positive interactions happening.

This store is loaded with all I need, no empty shelves.

We are remodeling our condo. The employees that work in kitchen and bath design, and flooring department are excellent. A special shout out to Marie in Kitchen and Bath. Always available to answer questions and concerns. Also, your delivery service is excellent; always keeping me undated on the status of my deliveries.

I needed to buy a toliet and have it delievered to my house, we ran into QUEEN from the Pro Service dept. She was so helpful , friendly and Wonderful. Queen is the best!

I was in the store and needed to place an order, I had the associate name Gee, she was very nice and respectful. She answered all my questions and gave great customer service. It didn't take me long in the store to get what I wanted due to her helping out. Nobody else wanted to help me .

We have been buying our appliances from the Home Depot store in Hollywood since 1977. On 8/8/25, we needed to purchase a new washing machine. The Appliance Specialist, Toni Curci, at the Hollywood location made our purchase experience so easy and convenient. Toni took the time to listen to our requirements, and was exceptionally professional and personable! Toni Curci is certainly an asset to Home Depot, and you definitely will have our business in the future.

Simply awful experience purchasing a product to ensure a condo property was pest free only to bring another type of pest within the property. The brand was tomcat. Out of 5 packages of different products 4 of them had FLEAS in them. BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING ANYTHING TOMCAT OR FOR THAT MATTER CHECK ALL PACKAGES COMING FROM THIS STORE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN OR PETS AT HOME. I called to report it so that someone would at least check said products but never received any type of answer.

Jamier was my customer service representative and he was amazing. Best customer service I have ever received at Home Depot.

I really appreciate that this store turns the music on the overhead PA system up loud enough for you to hear and enjoy while you shop. I believe it makes for a better shopping experience.

Went to get a rug doctor and the tool rental clerks were very helpful, explained everything and helped with with the machine. Thank you Clyde D and Joe of the tool rental department.

Stay away from this store

Store is well stocked, but it was difficult to find associates, and not all were knowledgable of location of products. Had a wait a long time to get help

I realize shoppers move things and make a mess, but I needed three "matching" kitchen cabinet door pulls, and found that a bulk of larger pulls were dumped into many of the incorrect bins. There were too many in each bin to be misfiled by customers (huge handfuls). I needed to pull apart several bins to find three matching pulls. Providing your team with additional training would help! I left the incorrectly filed pulls on a nearby display so the employees can sort them into the correct bins if trained properly. Very frustrating!

So self check out has taken over Home Depot. There is man cash airline. It is all self check out with one person watching approximately 20 self checkout stations. Had an issue using my Home Depot credit card. Had to wait for one person to come help me.

My husband purchase the Dryer in the Hollywood Florida Home Depo, but the delivery of the machine was to my home in Pittsfield, MA. The delivery men were extremely helpful and very detailed about how the machine worked and the placement of the machine in my laundry room. They were respectful and professional and I was very pleased with their service.
