I bought a treated 4x4 piece of wood, it was in stock and very easy to locate in the store. The cashier was very friendly and thanked me for shopping at the store, overall I will definitely shop here again.

The Home Depot Referred interest on my Home Depot Charge card is great for big ticket items. I have purchased an oven and refrigerator using my Home Depot card. This allows me to pay monthly payments, without paying interest for an extended time frame. With prices being so high on items, like food, gas, electric bills, etc. this is very helpful.

Yolanda is what I wish all your employees were like! She is wonderful, very friendly, knowledgeable of her job, treats customers with respect, very friendly, wonderful customer service example, directs customer to location they need BUT never leaves her register!

I’ve been trying to fix my toilet for a week, on the third Home Depot trip I was in tears. Ms. V stepped in and saved the day taking the time to really go over the steps to help me out. She got me set up and reassured me that I could do this and I’ve never left a store feeling so fortunate to have a wonderful experience. Her suggestion worked. The store has the friendliest employees and is always clean. Thankful for the advice and time they provide.

I recently shopped at Home Depot on N Pkwy and went through Yolanda's line. What a delightful cashier she was! She greeted me and smiled, and oh her laughter is contagious! Who knew buying corner braces at Home Depot could be so fun! haha Go through Yolanda's line and you'll have a better day!

We remolded our home and mostly everything came from Home Depot. Some items although the prices were slightly higher, the quality of customer service was by far better than the competitors.

Dee Dee/ Dianna Isbell assisted us in purchasing a Samsung kitchen package and a Maytag washer & dryer. She is very knowledgeable and educated us on the functions of various products. She exhibited excellent customer service skills that are rarely seen these days. She should be a trainer! She demonstrated the various functions that otherwise one would have to read a manual to learn. Her expertise, knowledge & assistance eased our stress of decisions.
