We went in, found what we were looking for. The associates were very helpful in finding what we needed. Mixed our paint in a timely manner. Check out went smoothly as well. All in all, a great experience.

The employee in the window and door department did everything he said he would in getting us the information we needed to make a good decision to place a Special Order with the Home Depot in Huntsville #804.

I was just replacing a blueberry bush but everyone was so nice even the customers were nice ! I purchased some flowers everything was so pretty and well taken care of

I had to hunt down an employee to ask for help. They paged someone, but after 10 minutes nobody showed up. I found some of what I came to HD for and will return another time for the rest. Maybe it won’t be so busy. I waited in the self-checkout line for 25 minutes, as every customer was having a problem paying and only one HD member was there to assist. No staffed checkout available.

I asked for a specific pole saw that I wanted and she took me right to it. She was very knowledgeable and very polite. Then at self check out the man helped me work the self check out and made it less stressful for me. I was really pleased. Thank you!

I waited in the loading area for approximately 10 minutes for someone to load 10 bags of landscape rocks. I informed (3) employees inside the garden area that I would need the rocks loaded. After waiting and honking my horn, no employee showed up. I am a 67 year old female, but far from feeble; however, because of a recent surgery on my finger I was limited to what I could do. But I needed the rocks and was tired of waiting; therefore, I loaded them myself. What would have taken someone much stronger about 1 minute, It took me about 5.

I was told multiple times I was supposed to get a digital card because of my second delivery issue I have had from your store north huntsville al my contractor that was building.My deck had to use his gas in his extra time to come back to the store to pick up 7 pieces.Of material from my deck to even get built, which my this process longer.Because then it rainever received anything through email

Best experience in years! In and out of the store with my exterior door purchased in less than 15 minutes! Amazing!

I'm going to enjoy my purchase can't wait.

From start to finish was terrible. I ordered a washer, was lots of confusion by employees to do that. Had it shipped to the store with lots of confusion when I picked it up. Never again!

I shop at the North Parkway location very often and it is so convenient and they always have what I need. Hope this store stays open for north Huntsville.

I've bought so many Dap quick seal for caulking cracks and it's so easy to use. I recently seen different types of bugs coming in from the outside . I have enjoyed every minute of caulking without a mess. This is the perfect wash off your hands item. LoL I've sealed just about everything that catches my eyes 👀 I'll send pictures in my next review .

Zero stars isn't an option, and even then that may be to high. Look standing in the Millworks department staring down an employee sitting at the desk whose staring into his phone for over 10 minutes (not exaggerating so don't say I am) even after I said excuse me just continued to ignore me until another man came up this one an older gentleman who did help me....but dang if the kid on his phone didn't tell this other man "Oh I'm going on my 15" like serious dude....you just were. The cashier stared me down but didn't say a word to me...it..but honestly I don't blame her...I'd be irritated to (Pro Cashier) if my coworkers (Pro Desk) didn't have 5 people behind the desk 2 working 3 just hanging around chatting while I was trying to clean up a line thats 15 carts deep. This store is the opposite of FIRST standards (Yes I'm a former employee, no not of this location and no not an angry one...I actually loved working at HD, so before you go "oh this is just internal" your wrong didn't even work for HD in this state) Find, Inquire, Respect, and Thank all failed quickly and irrevocably. But solve...did they get solve?! NOPE....how could you when every employee avoids you as if your carrying the plague. Heck the only employee that I can say reliably always greets people is your Home Services rep to push AC service plans...gotta say he will always greet ya, but I find it weird he's trying to shill service plans to someone in a work shirt for a company that does most of that work...he may need some training but he is a friendly guy. Anyways this has gone on long enough, this location it the utmost largest orange blooded disaster of a store I have ever seen. Management doesn't care clearly or else it wouldn't be this bad...so I'm probably wasting my time with this review. Feel free to contact me

I came in on a plumbing repair, one of your employees helped suggested a few more parts I needed which saved me a second trip thanks Home Depot.

I was in Home Depot, North Memorial Pkwy, Huntsville, AL, over this past weekend, and I love shopping HD. However, I am sick of seeing dog poop on the floors!! Home Depot needs to ban people from bringing in their dogs because they do not clean up after their animals! I love animals and have 2 dogs and a cat AT HOME, but I do not bring them into stores for that very reason. It's disgusting!!

The friendly, Black lady is very helpful. She usually works the garden cash register, but she was walking by and helped us.

Had to buy refrigerator and than dryer. Both times it was a problems getting assistance in appliances. After that everything went fine.

Only two self checkouts opened and one had a problem accepting your credit card, this machine has been this way for a while. Where is the manger? Poor leadership.

This Home Depot is the best stocked store I’ve ever shopped. The employees are hands down a 10 out of 10! The cashier in the garden department is usually the same every time and she is the most cheerful person I think I have ever met. I don’t know her name but this world needs more people like her. She’s an absolute angel.

I visited the store late one evening and Jeff was so helpful in the lumber department. He gave me several suggestions and was very patient . I will definitely return to Home Depot for all my DIY projects.

I like the products and method inwich I am treated as a customer in their stores. Home Depot associates have product knowledge and are happy to take time to share, a PLUS in current day society.

Greg was very helpful at the at the pro desk. I finally pulled the trigger and bought the flooring Joyce had been helping me with for about three weeks now, and the Fred's were on point making sure I got out quickly and that my needs were addressed.
