We had a fence installed today and the team sent to complete the installation was exceptional. The team lead from Pendleton paid extra careful to the details, spent time talking to us about our vision, then executed it perfectly. The fence is beautiful and we would highly recommend them.

I prefer Home Depot. Today proves it. Lots of helpful people. Especially Tom in electrical. It makes it nice when people are knowledgeable and willing to assist !

I left other store(s) “unmentioned” very frustrated because of lack of stock. This Home Depot had 50 times (literally) the stock of its close competitor.

I've been shopping at store since I moved to Knoxville 18 months ago. On my last visit, I noticed a marked increase in the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees throughout the store. Nice touch, makes me want to shop here over the other Knoxville Home Depots.

Every thing at this store is generally in stock and most of the employees are helpful the products are worth what they cost. One thing they need to work on is getting more employees on the floor around the paint and tools sections in the afternoons because it is always hard to get someone around there when you need them.

Online order not ready and service was poor. It took an hour to get my trailer loaded and packing tape was not even available to tape my box closed. Little help loading my big order.

It is a very good store. It is neat, clean and well organized. I enjoy shopping there.

Easy to find products and friendly service

Great store with great employees. I needed help pulling and loading some heavy items and the employees jumped right in with a positive attitude and made the process fast and easy. They loaded everything into my car and left me feeling as though I had made some friends. It was a great experience.

Can't beat this store for service, help, and supply. Pretty good deals too. Someone was right there when I was looking for something so I was in and out pretty quickly but I did get more than I went in there for (employee recommendation that is going to save me a ton of time)

At this time of year, transitioning between seasons, I was impressed how the staff members have kept the store clear and organized. I found everything I wanted using the Home Depot app, and everything was exactly where it was supposed to be. The checkout was prompt, friendly and efficient.
