If you are looking for tile I recommend you ask for Rhonda Decamp. She has an eye for style and color. She helped me for hours picking colors and tile for our bathroom remodel. She knows the department and will help you with accessories too. You can tell she loves her job.

Make sure the paint department has put the lids on properly. Picked up the paint and the lid came off and dumped all over coats, shoes, jeans, sidewalk...what a mess! And I didn't have enough paint to paint the whole bathroom. very frustrating!!!

Very friendly and good customer service

This store could be a great store, but as it is, it is just average. There are never enough associates in the store or in specific departments to adequately assist customers. The associates that are there are stretched way too thin, covering multiple departments. Often times the shelves are not adequately stocked or an item it way too high for a short person to get. The store seems dirty and unkempt compared to the South store, though the South store also suffers from "not enough associates". The associates that are there were friendly and helpful, often having to pull double and triple duty covering several departments. I don't know what THD is attempting to do by reducing coverage, but it certainly is NOT customer service!!!! You can't sell things if they aren't on the shelf and they aren't on the shelf if you don't have enough associates, and you can't help customers if you are covering two, three or more departments. Get more associates on the floor!!! THD is supposed to be about customer service. Prove it!!!

Picked up a new Honda snow blower at the north store and they even unboxed the last one and got it ready to go. Excellent service!!

I really liked there were employees in the area I was shopping. Didn't have to go searching for someone. The appliance specialist who helped us was very knowledgeable & helpful. I feel like Home Depot had the best deal on ordering our kitchen suite of appliances.

We always find what we need and there is always someone around when we have questions. Our cashier Carla was very helpful.

The staff are helpful and most of the items are there and I don't normally have to go elsewhere. But the personal that operate the saw in the lumber area seem to have issue with cutting a size within 3/16 or account for the thickness of the blade and hang up a sign saying that they don't do precise cuts.

My visit to this store was one of the most satisfying experiences at a similar type store in a long while. I needed to purchase faucets for our dual sinks in our main bathroom. I was approached by employee Doug Schulz to see if he could help me locate what I needed. He showed me where the faucets were and I stated that I hoped my wife would be happy with what I would purchase. I never thought of doing this, but he suggested I could take a picture and send it to her before I made the purchase. While I was doing that, which turned out to be a really good idea, he went to locate the water supply lines I needed to complete the project. After that he assisted me in locating the ProSika self-leveling caulk I needed for cracks in my driveway. Mr. Schulz was very knowledgeable, professional and especially friendly in ensuring my experience was the best it could be. Thanks Mr. Schulz!!!

If you need something that is kind of difficult and may take some work to accomplish- Ask for Ricky Grass- He works in flooring and kitchen layout and cabinets. Everyone In this store was nice and very friendly, and the store appeared neat and clean. Lady at the door gave friendly greeting and cashier was ok, I worked as an executive with a NY Stock company. I would put this employee in a job where he reaches and has more responsibility. He is smart, capable, customer oriented and highly intelligent. Capture his capability and put it in a position where he makes more money for the stock holders. He is a gem.

Store was under renovation, employees stand around, always have to wait for help, phone service sucks and so does the website, prices are a little high

I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN THAT CAME IN TO BUY THE 2 HANGING PLANTS FOR $10.00. I WENT INSIDE FOR HELP AN RENEE THE CASHIER CAME OUT TO HELP ME GET THE PLANTS DOWN FROM THEIR HANDING AREA. SHE WAS TO PLEASANT I APPRECIATED THE FACT SHE HELPED ME WITH A SMILE. SHE BROUGHT THE PLANTS BACK IN TO RING UP AND THEN ASKED ANDY TO HELP ME TO MY CAR.HERE AGAIN I WAS HELPED WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE. I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THIS HOME DEPOT.
