I had questions about what to order online so that I could complete my project and the employees were very patient and informative.

I went to the store today to grab a few items and Jean helped me checkout. She helped me with what I needed and was very polite. She seemed genuinely happy to help. And that makes for a great experience. She was very polite, had a smile.. and was friendly as can be. And it wasn't that fake friendly that some people do with that high pitched "thank you have a good day" that sounds like that old show with the Nanny lol 😆 Nope, her thank you was Genuine! Good job Jean. 👏

Spent 40 minutes waiting for two cans of paint. They were left in the tumbler machine, while the kid left for 25 minutes. When he finally came back, he huffed and puffed and stomped around, throwing a temper tantrum like a small child. By this time there were 3 other people waiting around for as long as I did. Will never shop the north Home Depot again.

Courtney was very friendly and helpful and she is every time we go in the store!

They need additional training on how to communicate with people. Most of the staff at this store are rude.

Was very well organized, no trash anywhere, the floors were clean, all the employees weren’t lazy and actually helped the best they could or would try to find a solution to solve it, and just the way how everything was laid out reminded me of home

Ann at the checkout is always so helpful. She is so positive and brightens up my day. She also is able to answer all my questions.

This home depot almost always has what I need in stock. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find things when you are not able to locate them.

Jennifer was our sales person that I prayed for and help us make the purchase we wanted.

Hi: This is the second occasion I had at Home Depot to meet Marlin at checkout. He is cheerful, welcoming and very helpful as I needed to use a special discount and he bent over backward to make sure that I was taken care of. Thanks Marlin!

Three visits and it's always the same, horrible but some nice employees.

If you want to shop for groceries, clothes or toys, this is not your spot. But if you want to get in, meet helpful associates, get the business you need to do done, and get out with no "fru foo" then this is your place! All business and proud of it.

Was a little lost at the checkout but Marlin, a cashier, jumped to over to me and provided the needed assistance. Above and beyond service.

Of all the home improvement stores I have been to, including in other states, my husband and I agree the staff here has been consistently the friendliest and most customer oriented team. The shopping experience, including assistance at the checkout has been above average.

Went in search of a new ryobi battery today. Newish one was failing to charge. Customer service “S” was v efficient passed me on to “E”. E went way above and beyond to help, I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you E!

Every visit I am greeted and the pro desk is always there to help both myself and when I send in my clients.

It is so refreshing when I go to a store and have a sales person help me so nicely. Sal helped me from the moment I got there until he helped me load the stuff into my car. This is the exact reason I come here instead of the "home improvement store a block away"
