Wish I had gone to Home Depot first (before another home improvement store) because I found everything I needed & more at Home Depot NMB. I’ll know next time!! Friendly staff, clean aisles, well lit, comfortable indoor temperature!

I went to Home Depot to pick up a new lawnmower and grill for my new home. I knew what mower I wanted, but I needed help with the grill. Tina came up to assist me and walked me through the whole process helping my get a cover that would fit it and also a propane tank, which I didn’t realize Home Depot sold. She escorted me over to the customer service desk where Catherine rang everything up, making sure to apply my military discount. They put the grill in the layaway area so I could come back to pick it up with my truck. Tina went out to the propane tank dispensary and made sure everything went smooth. If I could give more than 5 stars to them, I would. Thanks so much for helping me today!

Placed a $9000.00 order and Mr. Dave Volkle caught the mistake and corrected it with his extra effort and knowledge. HATS OFF for Dave.

Everytime we go there we see familiar faces! Our favorite is Casey! She remembers us and is super nice. We use HD a lot because of our line of work. This location is better organized and more stocked than others.

I had a very difficult return but the Asst Mgr listened patienly to my explanation as to why I was returning the products and with out hesitation granted my request. He definitely put the customer first. Thank you Home Depot!

Needed assistance in many departments - no help available. Twice sales people saw me walking toward them and they turned away and disappeared. Three trips to customer service finally resulted in assistance - and the clerk didn’t know how to help me. FRUSTRATING AND A WASTE OF TIME.

Bought a Ryobi electric pressure washer , very nice machine , works great, would recommend.

I was in grabbing some fencing supplies and my phone had died. A really helpful employee, Azucena helped us find a charger and helped us with the self checkout. She was really sweet and helped us a lot.

Bought recliner online, was not able to manually return to upright position so had to return. Box was destroyed in delivery, no questions asked once they found on account, only had few days. Was quickly removed from car and credited to account!
