Best customer service and very knowledgeable for a few home projects I have been working on!

I am constantly working on DIY projects and it is not unusual for me to be in 4 or 5 different hardware store locations a week. This Home Depot has been consistently the most pleasant experience. From the welcoming nature and knowledge of the employees to the clean and well-stocked aisles, this store far surpasses the others.

I recently bought a clothes dryer at the North Myrtle Beach Store. No one ever wants to replace a major appliance so it was great to find an employee who was patient in explaining features and options and made it a pleasant experience! We are fortunate to have this quality of service in our community.

Each and every time I walk into this location, I am always greeted with positivity and a clean store. This store does a wonderful job of hiring employees that fit the mold. I love how helpful the store has been for me over the years. I moved farther away and am now closer to 2 other stores, but still opt to drive the extra distance for the personable experience this location offers.

Fresh on top of my mind, Thanks for asking! I entered your store, and I was greeted by the return department. I showed the young lady my bag, stated my need, and asked where the plumbing department was, and the men's restroom was? She was very polite.. and gave me the correct locations. At the plumbing dept. I was asked if I needed any help. Bingo, Very helpful, even carried my purchases to the self-serve cashier area. Within minutes, Aida appeared, did everything, and up-sold me. I now have my veterans discount, a credit card, and I saved a lot of money. When I was leaving, I was thanked by four employees for shopping at The Home Depot. I have told this story to four people so far. I am looking forward to my next visit. Whoever hires, trains, and leads your employees is doing a great job! Every one I encountered was enthusiastic!

Lynn made the entire experience amazing at the Home Depot in north Myrtle beach! She carried my tool bundle out to the car since I had a baby with me and even put it in my trunk! Give her a raise! She’s amazing

I was in the appliance department and Michael Stafford, my sales person was wonderful, helpful, very professional. I was a customer with my questions and he returned all of my phone calls and helped me every step of the way. At checkout, Deborah, Barbara, and Aida were wonderful as well.

I must say I have been to many...many Home Depots and this one beats them all. Every staff member that I spoke to was so courteous and helpful. I wanted to order custom shades and the salesperson was so knowledgeable and helpful. If you have a choice I recommend this particular Home Depot.

This store is well organized and stocked sufficiently to meet your needs. The employees are super helpful, especially when I have to run errands for my husband and am not sure what I'm looking for! Their self checkout is great and has a really helpful & friendly associate there too.

The store was clean & most staff was friendly. Look for an associate named Rhonda, she was an amazing help to me & smiled the entire time. The Bible tells us to work as unto the Lord & that is just what she did.

We are new to the area and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Robbie was great helping us get a big rug down from the display rack and loaded in the car. Several days before, we were looking at the rugs to see what we liked when an employee who was leaving for the day asked if we needed help. I wish I’d gotten his name too. Great customer service!

I don’t have wood cut very often but when I do it seems like the employee helping me does it begrudgingly or tell me the saw is broken. This time was the exact opposite. This is my first time shopping in this location and Griffen and Jordan were more than helpful. They worked as a team team, they were extremely professional making me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this location. Best Home Depot experience I’ve ever had.

Renee helped me find the item & accessories that I was looking for. My wife had her right leg amputated in January 2020 & I was pushing her around in her wheelchair as well as pulling a shopping cart. Renee not only help me get the product that I was looking for with the accessories that I needed, she pushed the cart up to the cashier. We also had a flatbed cart waiting at the front as well. She assisted us in checking out. She then pushed & pulled both carts out to our vehicle & helped me unload them, EXCEPTIONAL/COMPASSIONATE PERSON. We have NEVER had a bad shopping experience at this store. The associates at this store definitely go ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty to assist you in any way possible. No one should ever leave this store dissatisfied. If an associate can't help you, they will find someone that can. AWESOME STORE!!!

Always clean, neat and friendly. I continue to shop here instead of the competitor, because I know I’ll get immediate help and have more than 2-3 people offer to help me. I especially appreciated the help of Vinny on my last visit. He went out of his way to get light fixtures down from the highest shelf...and he did it with a smile.

BEEN SHOPPING IN THIS STORE FOR 9 YEARS, EVER SINCE I MOVED TO NORTH MYRTLE BEACH. THE STORE AND ITS EMPLOYEES WERE A BIG HELP UP GRADING MY HOME. MET AN OLD FRIEND WORKING IN THE STORE, HAD NOT SEEN HIM IM 20 YEARS, HE HAS SINCE PASSED.

I purchased some sod that was not good. With the help of Ethan and the quick response from the store manager I was fully refunded and I did not have to go through the trouble of removing sod from the yard and taking it back. That amazing customer service is appreciated and I will continue to shop at the North Myrtle Beach store. Hopefully when fresh sod is delivered the store will let me know so I can re sod my yard.

Purchased 9 rolls of sod. Got home, rolled them out and it was dirt and no living grass! Wasted $80.82 plus tax. Certainly am not going to dirty my car to return them. If the manager wants I have pictures

I had an excellent experience with the flooring dept. Friendly reps that were willing to assist with my needs immediately.

Compared to the other home improvement store nearby and even compared to its' sister store down in Myrtle Beach this store is cleaner, more organized, the employees are friendlier and out of their way helpful!

This is my hometown Home Depot and I can depend on it to have what we need in stock. The store is always clean and well-organized. It's easy to find what we need or we can find an associate to help us with out delay. The employees are well versed on the stock and how to use the things they sell. It's our go-to store when we need anything for our home from major appliances to herb seeds! Thank you for having such a great store in our neighborhood!
