Sindy at the Pro Desk Rocks !!!
We were trying to make a $300+ purchase on my new HD account. We knew what we want-doorbell, security camera, Christmas lights, etc. but needed help getting all the products. Because of all her help we left the store ecstatic!!!
THIS GIRL DESERVES A RAISE!!! Don’t get me wrong other employees were polite and courteous, but Sindy went WAY above and beyond. Thank you Sindy :)

No one will help you here
No help from any employees. I had to drag a latter across the store, passing multiple employees as they watched me to the paint section. Then the ladder wasn’t high enough to access the up-stock above the spray paint so I had to climb the shelves to get a box of spray paint while the paint guys watched me. When I made the comment to them that the Home Depot ladder works great they laughed at me.

Management set the staff up for failure
Went in to buy a tool chest and the department head was assigned to a register. Took 20 min of paging and walking around to find someone to pull the unite from the back. Home Depot mailed a coupon to me that the computer system didn’t recognize so they needed a Manager on duty to put in the discount. It took 45 min for the manager to come up to the front. When she didn’t the cash told her I was waiting 45 min and she didn’t even acknowledge me or apologize. Before I came to the store I made sure that they had what I wanted in stock. I thought it would be a quick in and out but it took over 90 minutes to buy something.

Terrific Loading Experience
Maois and James at the Plano Ohio drive store helped me puzzel in 200 bucks worth of dirt plants and pots into my little red Escape. I really appreciate the great customer service they had three flats behind me at the register! My cashier Kashi called when i asked and they came helped me straight away!
