Brian in plumbing provided stellar customer service! I entered the store as a novice, and came out as an expert! His guidance and experience assisted us in making a major repair to our corroded pipes, which would've cost us a fortune if it was repaired professionally.

Lee in the hardware section was most helpful. He knew what he was doing when he helped me. This is by far the best HD I have ever shopped at, All the associates are great, friendly and helpful.

Items I wanted were a little hard to find, but found them eventually.

We came in to purchase appliances after researching various other retailers. Store associate was knowledgable on all appliances and recomended models and items to fit our needs. She was able to give us a great deal on our purchase and recommended a Home Depot credit card. We were very happy with all aspects of our visit.

I needed a new filter for my LG refrigerator. The display was very easy to understand, and I found a replacement in no time!

I was greeted at the door upon my entrance. I asked a store associate where would I locate towel bars, she told me the aisle number and I went. Met with a store associate there whom helped me and answered my questions. Also visited the Outdoor Garden dept where an associate helped me find a planter saucer, which I purchased. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience.

This is one of the best Home Depot stores I have shopped. The big difference is its people. They are helpful and friendly!!

I recently made a visit to Home Depot with a plan in mind to build a small wooden platform. I met Kevin in Building Materials and boy did I ever get lucky. Kevin was so patience and assisted me with all my cutting measurements and was so nice to work with. Thank you for all you do to help us with even the smallest projects like mine. Bill

I want to share my positive experience while shopping at the Hayden Road Home Depot in Scottsdale. I recently went shopping there with the intent of purchasing replacement light fixtures for the bathrooms in my home. One of the designs - which i really liked - was out of stock. Shay offered his assistance in checking online availability as well as future deliveries. He offered to send me a text message when the next delivery truck was due in. His follow-up message arrived when promised - and he let me know that the fixtures did not yet arrive ... but he would keep checking on future deliveries. Early the next day, I received a text message from Shay indicating the light fixtures had arrived, He indicated they would be waiting for me to pick-up at Customer Service. Sure enough, when I got to the store later that day, the light fixtures I chose were there. Shay had also taken the initiative to select a complete set of another light fixture design which would allow me to have a consistent design in both bathrooms. I really appreciate the exceptional follow-up that Shay provided throughout the whole sales process, and I found his initiative to select the complimentary light fixture set to be outstanding! I have been a long-time, loyal customer of Home Depot - and I can assure you that because of Shay's great customer service I will continue to do my shopping at this store in Scottsdale. I'm also letting all of my neighbors know about my great experience there as well.

I always enjoy shopping for new plants...both indoor and outdoor plants...at my local Home Depot Garden Store. Today I was delighted to find a beautiful Anthurium to grace the back corner of my covered patio. The Home Depot sales people are very knowledgeable, and the very courteous and polite older gentleman at the check-out was most helpful.

The new key-cutting machine is fast and so much quieter than the old manual method.

We were helped by Tony T. while searching for door handles/locks. He was knowledgable, courteous, patient, and friendly! Tony spent time explaining the features of the products and was really very helpful. Tony also genuinely appeared to love his job! I hope his manager sees this review!

When I went shopping at the Scottsdale Home Depot, I needed help finding some Plumbers Putty. A Associate by the name of Wendy asked me, after sensing my confusion, asked if I needed any help. Wendy not only helped me locate the Plumbers Putty but in the process was not only courteous, but seemed to take an honest concern in regards to my difficult in finding the product. This encounter, in my estimation is what all Home Depot employees should strive for. Thank you Wendy (smile)...

I was looking for something to lubricates some locks that were sticking. Went to Home Depot and while there accessed HD website and found what I needed and it's location. Saved my a lot of time not having to look around for item.

I was greeted by an associate as I entered the store, as always. I went to the Garden Shop area where I was greeted by a very helpful associate. He took me right to the display I needed even though it was inside the store, not in the garden area. He showed me a variety of items that suited my needs. I checked out the purchase in the Garden Shop area from another very pleasant associate. The above is why I have continued to shop at this Home Depot ever since they opened in this location.

I love walking through this store. It's always clean and the associates are knowledgeable about the products and provide guildines on how to install, repair or even buying the right item for the job.
