Stairs in the way, boxes down the aisles everywhere, can't run your cart down the aisles. What a mess.

They had what I needed without HD help. I actually helped female client waiting more than 15 minutes after asking for help. I went to service desk and asked them to send help for this woman.

Long story short, we were looking for a new washing machine and found one on line we liked and it said pick Up today 3 in stock. Went to the store, talked to an employee who looked up the item and said they didn’t have one. Showed him the ad and he said that meant they had them for delivery and at the holding facility. A little frustrated we left but it didnt seem right. Stopped at customer service on the way out and that lady looked it up and said they did have them but we couldn’t get it for some reason. So I asked if I ordered it online right now we could get it? She said yes, but maybe not, because the fulfillment people might not have time. My frustration was the ad saying in stock and pick up today and we couldn’t do either. Poor, poor advertising and very confusing, still not sure exactly why we couldn’t it when we wanted it. Would be great to be a little more clear on these types of things.

Friendly staff but like most Home Depot’s they have nothing but self checkout. I don’t work hear I would prefer a cashier

Not welcoming or helpful. I feel like I am bothering them. You can find groups of employees and they are not training

Need to have better checkout options during busy weekend hours. Having ONLY self checkout makes for a terrible customer experience!

We bought a new washer and dryer through your store. We live 4 hours away, and they took care of everything, and they made sure they stayed in touch and let us know when our items arrived. We appreciate all they have done I appreciate Constance and the manager Mr.Lynch very much!!

It can be maddening trying to find someone to help, self checkout is the only checkout available.

Just moved from South Phoenix, AZ. What a difference in the number of available and helpful staff. It was a wonderful surprise to not to have to hunt someone down or wait for someone to arrive after an overhead page. They had just gotten their Spring plants in the garden dept. Place looked great.

I ordered concrete pavers on Wednesday 3/26/25 for a Thursday delivery. No show. Called Home Depot NE Colorado Springs on Friday 3/28 with a promised delivery on Saturday 3/29/25. I called the store Saturday at 3pm and the store associate guaranteed that the items would be delivered. No show. I now must pick up concrete pavers in a small car myself on Sunday because I need them Monday.

I wish I had thought to get the gentleman's name.

You go to Home Depot and no one is knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are just store clerks.

4th strike and you are out. Four major orders messed up over the last few years. Brought carpet to install and refused to install it, ordered a leaded glass door and made it handicapped accessible and I live on a second floor, kept sending me boxes of flooring that were damaged and never got enough to finish my floor and today tried to deliver a washer and dryer without a unit number and left. I am so through with Home Depot. And they don't answer their phone at the store.

This is the Home Depot you would want to go to for any projects you are going to do, the people are knowledgeable in just about anything you are going to do, I would recommend you talk to the department before you start your project the people their just might have a good idea before you start!!! They help me with everything!!!

I have a 3-phase project going on and I am very pleased with the Pro Desk participation, which got me to the ordering process. Phase 1: I placed the order Monday afternoon received the first delivery Tuesday, and a pickup is ready and scheduled for Thursday. That is efficiency.

We're in the process of doing a complete bathroom remodel and were able to purchase all necessary items and materials in a one stop shop with Home Depot.
