I requested help with a purchase of patio slider door and storm door. The associate was knowledgeable and patient.

Store manager John and Tools Dept manager Joe were very helpful in telling my son what he needed to do to get an auger to help with his Eagle project and willing to work with him to refund the deposit so it wouldn't add to the costs of his project. Easy to work with and very friendly!

Appreciate the staff here. Always quick to check whether I need any help and more than willing to spend time providing extra info or ideas. Interaction is friendly, informative and personalized. Thank you for being professional, caring and knowledgable.

In Phoenix, AZ I used to shop exclusively at HD. Since moving to Colorado Springs this has not been the case. This is because customer service is at best, lacking or non existent. This store could use training in basic customer service.

Not only are items I need always in stock but I have on many occasions had to go to other stores and home depot is always the better deal.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable making the experience great!

The store is well lit, orderly, clean, and the shelves are full of product. The employees will even stop you in the aisle to ask if you need any assistance.

We knew what we wanted and received excellent information from associate about produce, installation and price.

This store is smaller than other HD stores in my city but this one is convenient to me and seems to always have what I need.

I found the area I was looking for right away grabbed what I needed went to self check out, no waiting. I was greeted a couple of times and asked if I needed any help. But I didn't really need any.

Happy with the paint area and able to find the vegetable I was looking for that I could not find at you competitor and I also did a pick up item and everyone was pleasant at the counter as well.

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since I moved to Colorado in 2000. I have always received helpful aid when I needed it. I usually find all of the products that I am looking for without searching throughout the store.

I have had nothing but outstanding service at this store. Everyone from the sales clerks to the manager have been nothing short of excellent in their way of doing business. On this visit I was assisted by two people. One in the area where the items were that I purchased: He took me to the location, determined that more of the item needed to be brought down, did that and helped me load them, and one at the checkout counter: Although she was a new employee, she did an exceptional job in getting me checked out in a timely manner.

Great place to find the correct and most efficient tool or project item. Great assistance from each store associate that I have encountered. The only bad part of getting to the store is the massive pot holes in the road to the store.

On a good day this store is pretty good. I prefer this store over Academy and Woodman. Tonight however I could not get loading assistance from anyone in the store for almost 30 minutes. I couldn't even get a hold of the manager on duty. Once the call went out for help loading a 450 pound tool box I could hear crickets. I walked past at least 3 able bodied men from tools to customer service just stocking shelves and the overhead intercom was working loud and clear. I was quite upset by the time I got there but tried not to embarrass anyone. They too could not get a hold of the manager on duty nor the store manager. My advice, don't shop there after 7pm.

I had a crazy request and the clerk was super helpful and creative in helping me find a solution!

Second remodel after a home purchase and always satisfied with selections, availability and installations.

Employees are very helpful and mostly easy to locate.

The employee named Eric was probably one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever met. He made me want to stay at the store just to talk to him

Vincent was extremely helpful and did a great job loading the items into my truck. He was very polite too.

I visited the store to pick a plumbing part. I saw trees for sale in the landscaping area. They were about 7 - 8 feet tall and beautiful. They are fantastic. The price on them was reasonable. Two Home Depot employees were more than happy to help me load them into the truck.

Mickey in the paint dept was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. We challenged him in matching 3 paint colors, 2 of which were from old dried lumps of paint in a can which he diligently carved up and matched perfectly. He was still able to assist other customers during this time-consuming process and even helped one of his associates in operating the paint mixing machine when she came over from another dept to help in the paint dept. Mickey's patience, great attitude, and friendly demeanor demonstrated perfect customer service. Thank you, Mickey!

Clean store, sales associates and cashiers helpful since I was seeking a hard to find product
