Both Karl and Amanda (Cashiers both) were very personable, knowledgeable and helpful to me on my visit today.

All of the employees I have dealt with are very knowledgeable, focused and helpful. So far, my first home upgrade process has been wonderful! Thank you, Home Depot!

This store always provide a great shopping experience. Its staff are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and always willing to help.

Lots of employees, zero help. Okay, I did finally locate one helpful employee (after almost demanding that someone help me), but other than him, employees seem to spend a lot of their time just standing around. When I approached a big group of them they scattered in fear of being put to work. Very, very disappointed (yet still spent a whole lot of money). Cashier in customer service was careless and lackluster and slow. Tried to get help from another who intentionally ignored me.

Vince was also helpful in helping me find an electrician through the HD referral program. The 3 electricians he sent my info to all called within an hour, the electriacl job was completed the next day! Thank you Vince!

The Home Depot Staff are very helpful. The Customer Service Desk, Kristin, and others are very supportive.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY SURVEY. APPARENTLY, I MISTAKENLY INDICATED I "WOULD NOT" RETURN TO THIS STORE. THIS WAS ENTERED IN ERROR. I WOULD, IN FACT, ABSOLUTELY RETURN TO THIS STORE OVER OTHER STORES IN MY AREA.

The Home Depot staff is very friendly and helpful. The aisles are roomy and the items are easily accessible. The cashier, Angelique, was extremely friendly and a pleasure to talk to. She is quite an asset to the Home Depot Company.

The store is clean, well stocked, the employees are knowledgeable; and if they don't know the answer, they don't wast your time wondering around uninformed, but rather immediately contact someone else who does know the answer; and I like that!

This is a great Home Depot. In particular, Derek Bruce was very helpful, polite and hardworking through many steps of a transaction. He helped us resolve an issue with an appliance on back order. Made my day!

This store has always been my "go-to" store for hardware. Easy traffic in and out, plenty of parking, and the best team of staff members anywhere in Colorado Springs. The store has a new general manager and I am sure will only make it better.

Your store is managed well and your employees are super helpful. Rico at the Jackson Creek location is a douche bag and should be canned.

Store was cluttered, isles blocked, at one point there was no way to get to the register due to all isles being closed for no apparent reason as I could not see a sole doing any work, finally got tired of waiting WASTING MY TIME and just moved the barricades myself.. Crap in isles making it impossible to push a loaded cart around. This store, has as long as I have been going there, about 11 years, has always been a huge time waster for contractors. Often times check stock on line before driving 50 miles only to arrive and find that is not in stock and be told by employees yeah you can't trust the web site, well, you can't trust employees either because I have called as well and been lied to about stock, or there is stock but it is all junk, especially lumber. The one single person you can always count on in this store, is Clyde, he is always there to help and with a great attitude. Find about 10 more employees like him.

The employees at customer service are rude. They need retraining on how to provide good customer service and efficiently process transactions. If you need paint, go on a day when Caitlin is at the paint desk she is the only sales associate who has ever been courteous and helpful. Corey, who helps with customer orders is also very polite and helpful. Of the five times I have shopped here in the month I have lived in Colorado Springs, those are the only two associates to greet me and offer me assistance.

This store has obviously made some strides (and needed changes) to compete with the other home improvement stores - the large Home Depot at Woodmen & Academy, and the Lowes at Constitution and Powers. It used to be a much less pleasant shopping experience compared to those two stores, but the obvious improvements (personnel and management, I assume) is making a noticeable difference. Keep up the great work. I'll continue shopping here because of your improvements.

We were having family to come into town for our wedding and were getting part of our basement finished in hopes that it would be done prior to their arrival. When the carpet install guys came to install the carpet we realized that it was the wrong carpet so we cancelled the order and then went back to Home Depot to see what the problem was. Well it turns out that the original customer service rep in the carpet department put the wrong carpet into the computer so we had to start the whole process over. So rather than putting the correct order on an expedited order that didn't happen and then letting the install company know that the project needed to get done ASAP that didn't happen either and our project was not completed prior to family coming into town because of the carpet. I will not be using Home Depot for any further projects that I may need done .

Most of the store associates were friendly. I wish they had one of those buttons to push for store assistance. It seems that when I need help no one is around to help me. I found most of the items I was looking to purchase. The store was clean, but it was difficult getting through several of the isles because of ladders and boxes and displays. I must have ran into 5 or 6 things before making it to the check out lane.

This store really needs to re-do their door displays. It is really hard to shop for a door because product is at above the head level. Really disorganized mess...

My wife and I were already stressed in purchasing our home and the last thing we wanted to deal with was horrible service while trying to purchase appliances. You were the opposite. Very friendly store employees. Since our out of state move and the purchase of our new home we have visited it many times. Very clean and stocked well. The staff is wonderful... they don't run and hide or pretend they didn't hear you. Great store comes with great Management. We will continue to shop here. Thank you.
