This store was clean curtious and easy to shop. The store associates are very helpful and engaging they made sure that I had the product that I needed for the job that I had before me. They gave me better insight into the products and services available to me through shopping at Home Depot. All in all A great shopping experience!

Great store, I love Home Depot I drive almost 40 minutes each way to come to this store preferred over Lowes that's in the area I live in. The good prices and helpful employees really make a difference!

I purchased 3 windows that were on a shelve 5 feet off the floor. when I asked a store associate if I could get some help to get the widows off the shelve and loaded into my truck. I was told no. when I walk out the door there were some associate helping a lady load her truck. why did I not get help with my items ? was it because I was not a female ? we will never know

I actually enjoy shopping at this Home Depot store. The associates are friendly, knowledgeable and happy to assist. I think I'd like to work there myself!!

Home depot store carries a better selection of items I need is easier to find, also web site is better than your competitors. Store is clean and organized!

This specific trip was to return the second lawn mower I purchased on-line. The first one received was extremely damaged and unusable. The second one came with a wrong clipping bag and missing other parts. I spoke with the dotcom people to get replacement parts. They were not able to help me get replacement parts and recommend I either take it as is or return it to the store. I returned it to the store. The original product I purchased is no longer available so the dotcom people were able to sell me a more expensive mower at a discount. I ended up spending an additional $70 on the third lawn mower plus the opportunity to return the first two lawn mowers to the store. It really does not sound all that reasonable to me when I think about it now. Prior to this lawn mower I ordered 4 water heaters from the dotcom. All arrived damaged to the store. After the first two the model I wanted was no longer available. The third one was smaller and more expensive but sold to me for the original water heater price. I thought this was very reasonable. It was also received damaged. They sold me a forth one for more money that shipped from somewhere else. It was more expensive. Also received damaged. I finally ordered one through the store direct and it arrived in good condition. Of course the original water heater was unavailable and I had to spend more money on the one I got but from the store it arrived intact. This is NOT a good way to keep customers Home Depot!!! You need to Fix the on-line stores shipping. How can a business survive with inadequate shipping when you sell stuff on-line? This store and its associates are great. I will continue to shop at the store and need to give up on the perceived convenience of shopping on line through Home Depot's on-line store.

Al helped me look for front door awnings but did not have any in stock at the store. We went to a computer and we looked them up on line. He was very helpful!

tHE STORES LOCATION WAS CLOSE AND THE STSROE ITSELF WAS CLEAN AND NEAT AND FOUND EVERYTHIGN i NEEDED

I was in the store looking for someone to assist in the pluming dept. I do not know what the various items, brands or sizes they had in gas water heater. The gentleman was very informative, had patience with me, listened to me, and advised me on which water heater would be best for my home. He also showed me other items such as sump pump, and back flow preventer. He also explained that they have specialist who can come in make an assessment for what I need and then they will tell me the total price.

I only live 3/4 miles away and this store is so convenient for me, plus prices are very competitive with alike stores! Always carries what I need for my home projects!

I found the sales people very helpful and knowledgeable.

I asked for the paint I wanted, got it and was out the door. I love this store.

The store associate at check out was awesome, the store was cluttered and product all over in the isles! Could barely get a cart through some of the isles!!

when I went to home depot I was not shur that I would get the item I was looking for but when I seen the price and the items it had I could not help but to get the lawn motor I needed so bad. when I got home I could not wait to unpack it and try it out . I have a very ruff yard to cut but with this lawn motor it was a brezz and I was dun with my yard in 10 min .
