Went to buy a toilet bowl. Associate named Steve was very helpful. I love shopping at this Home Depot, even though there is a Lowe's and Menards around. Always recommend.

I came into the store late in the day during the Christmas shopping store. The associates were busy, but were very helpful and made no complaints when I had to have them get a very heavy large item off of a top shelf.

Store was kind o'clean. Associates were hard to find and took a while (over 15-20 minutes) to come to the isle.

The employees at the Naperville store are so very helpful, they take their time with you to make sure you are getting what you need for the job. Have always got a hello or a good morning from someone that works there.

Nothing to write home about, the one thing to note is to double check everything the associates tell you. Most of the time they never attempted any of the things they are giving you advice on...

Christmas areas way to over crowded, then get yelled at for taking my shopping cart into the area. Just plain poor management

I love shopping where I can find current products and new products to help make tasks and life easier for me.....it is a rare occasion that I don't find what I'm looking for.....or receive help from a customer service representative to guide me in the right direction. Although I'm a senior lady, I take pride in being able to make most repairs without calling a professional......helps the fixed income.

Everything is easy to find and on the off chance you can't find what you need there are plenty of employees to help you.

Dan, the associate that helped us was exceptional. I have never received this kind of help, even at high end stores. He had to spend over 4 hours with us to find all the items we needed and was able to help us get the items we needed at a very reasonable price, compared to out stores we had shopped. Do not shop at this location in the evening if you want good service and need help from an associate. Also they are not very kind to former military members

My wife and I were looking for assistance in buying blinds for our living/dining rooms. We had done some investigating prior to the store visit. During the visit to your Naperville store we looked around at some different options. When we asked for assistance a gentleman named Virgil offered to help us. He provided some suggestions. printed off quotes, and allowed us a sample book to take home for color matching purposes. When we came back a week or so later, my wife still hadn't made up her mind on what manufacturer and style to go with, Again Virgil walked her through all manufacturers and some of the limitations of each. He showed real patience and offered very good information and advice. This is sign of a true professional attitude which secured the sale for your company. It was pleasure doing business with him/Home Depot.

Store is always organized and clean. Once I do find an associate I have a lot of questions and eventually they find me the area for the product I'm looking for.

Jan spent a lot of time working with us to pick out the right meaterials for our basement remodel. Jan was pleasant, cordial, knowledgeable, informative, patient, and generous with her time. We got great value along with top quality materials thanks to her guidance and recommendations.
