This is a great product for business owners who must manage a large number of keys. The box contains 48 tags in five different colors. That really helps to keep the keys organized.

I came to HD to purchase an AC I came across a patio umbrella that was marked $119 I walked around for an associate to check the price finally I got 1 the umbrella was $599 it was in the wrong spot, she told me I might get it for the price she called for a manager, Roy who was rude and disrespectful he treated me like I couldn’t read the price tag although it was all the way at the bottom of the shelves, I had 2 back surgeries and 6 knee surgeries! He was horrible not because he didn’t give me the price that was clearly marked but be cause of the way he treated me! No apology for the store error but instead he treated me with ignorant behavior

I went into Home Depot in New Castle…knowing I needed some boards to fix our deck & the staff (especially Mike) went out of his way to make sure we had the best boards & everything else we needed! Our cashier Rosemary was very friendly & helpful…she even made sure we had flags for our extra long boards! Both staff made our adventure extremely enjoyable!

Recently relocated from Georgia and this is literally the closest Home Depot to my house. There were barely any associates around to help assist with what I needed and the was that were around did not speak or ask if there was anything I needed help with. The layout is different from the stores that I’m use to shopping in. I literally had to walk and read signs. A few associates passed me by as I roamed the store looking at signs. When I came back to make a return; there was a lady at the customer service desk (green shirt, short blonde hair) that didn’t greet me or even say hello. She just kept doing whatever it is she was doing, pointed and said, “they’ll help you over there”. That was the final straw. I kept my cool and just returned my items with the gentleman she pointed over at. Next closest store is Wilmington, I’ll take my chances there since I love Home Depot but I won’t return to this one. Hopefully other customers have a better experience.

Mark was extremely helpful in the Kitchen Department. He advised me of many options and details. He is the best.

The mirrors I came to purchase showed 3 in stock on my phone. I saw none on the shelves and asked for assistance. A long gray bearded worker said he would get me help. No one showed and I found him talking to another worker on a lift. They both collaborated and said someone wanted 3 yesterday and we found none. Need to "zero" the inventory. I purchased some other things and walked out, deciding to go back in and find someone else. That is when I met worker " Scotty P". He found 4 boxes, each having 5 mirrors in them. This store had 20 mirrors in stock NOT zero.

Joe is one of the best sales associate at home depot he went above and beyond to make sure that I got the door that I wanted . He contacted another store and asked could they bring the item up to the service desk for me to pick up.He also loaded both of my used door back onto my truck joe is the best……….

THE CASHIER WAS ESPECIALLY HELPFUL. SHE INQUIRED IF I FOUND ALL I NEEDED AND THANKED ME FOR SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT.

Please thank Mike D in electrical. He is helpful. A lot of the other employees act annoyed if you ask a question. Hey, Lowe’s is right down the street. Most of the people there are very helpful. Again I say , thank Mike D. He made my shopping much much easier. I had a project that needed to get done and he made it possible.

There is a severe lack of customer service at this location. Associates throughout the store will walk past you as if you do not exist. It is very rare for an associate to offer you any help unless you are buying spray paint through self checkout. The product availability and Ed's Hotdogs are the only reasons I continue to shop at this location.
